What you’ll do 

As the Senior Director for the Engineering organization, you will own the technical and people leadership for Pindrop’s core real-time, multi-signal fraud detection engine. You will be responsible for scaling the distributed systems that analyze voice, device, and behavioral patterns for the world’s largest financial institutions.

• Define Engineering Strategy: Set the technical vision for the Protect platform, ensuring it remains the industry-leading risk engine for accuracy and signal depth.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Capture team, you will play a critical role in building and evolving systems that ingest and process communication data across telephony and modern meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet. You will design and develop systems that capture, process, and prepare audio and video streams for downstream analysis, enabling new product capabilities within the Pindrop platform. This role requires strong experience with real-time media systems, and a focus on building scalable, high-performance, and reliable solutions.

More specifically, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems that ingest and process real-time and recorded audio/video streams. Build and evolve scalable media pipelines that are reliable, performant, and optimized for low-latency processing within the Pindrop platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and the development team, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring.

This internship sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, security, and AI. You won’t be working on isolated or “toy” problems—you’ll contribute to systems that operate in real time and directly impact customers. What you’ll do

As a Cloud Engineering Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to build and improve the infrastructure that powers Pindrop’s real-time fraud detection and authentication systems.

You will:

• Assist in building and improving scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP that supports real-time voice authentication and fraud detection systems
