Le rôle
Perion est à la recherche d’un(e) Chef de produit Data analytique et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre son équipe Data au sein du département Produit. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les parties prenantes d’affaires, les équipes d’ingénierie, de BI, ainsi qu’avec d’autres gestionnaires de produit, afin de livrer des solutions data à fort impact à travers plusieurs domaines.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation de données complexes en informations exploitables, permettant une meilleure prise de décision et générant un impact mesurable sur les résultats d’affaires. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne passionnée par les données, la technologie et la stratégie produit.
Responsabilités
- Gérer le cycle de vie complet des produits de données, de l’idéation à la livraison et à l’optimisation continue
- Collaborer avec des parties prenantes situées dans différents fuseaux horaires afin de traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions de données évolutives
- Piloter des initiatives transversales liées à l’infrastructure de données, au reporting et à l’automatisation
- Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la gouvernance des données à travers les différentes plateformes
- Améliorer l’accessibilité, l’utilisabilité et la fiabilité des données au sein de l’organisation
- Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matière d’architecture de données, de processus ETL/ELT et de plateformes cloud
Profil recherché
Exigences
- Profil senior : 2 à 3+ années d’expérience en gestion de produit de données
- Expérience dans le secteur ad tech et avec des volumes importants de données
- Excellente maîtrise de SQL et bonne connaissance des outils de BI (ex. : Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Bonne compréhension des architectures de data warehouse / data lake et des processus ETL/ELT
- Expérience avec des plateformes de données cloud (ex. : AWS, GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes
- Grand souci du détail et rigueur dans la gestion de la qualité des données
Atouts
- Expérience dans la conception et la gestion d’intégrations de données (internes et externes)
- Connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des données et des réglementations en matière de confidentialité
The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Product Manager to join the Data group within Perion’s Product department. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our business stakeholders, engineering and BI teams, and other functional domain PMs to lead cross-functional and non-functional projects across multiple business domains.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data technologies and a passion for leading data-driven projects that transform complex datasets into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple time zones and translate business needs into scalable data solutions that drive measurable impact
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on data infrastructure, reporting, and automation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms and lead initiatives to improve data accessibility, usability, and reliability across the organization
- Advocate for best practices in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and cloud platform usage
What We're Looking For (Must Have)
- Senior : Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in data product management
- Past experience in ad tech and working with big data
- Advanced SQL skills and close familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake architecture and ETL / ELT processes
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Clickhouse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and managing internal and external data integrations
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and privacy regulations

The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our publisher-facing monetization products, from strategic vision through execution and growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities and business pain points
- Develop data-driven product roadmaps that align with company objectives and market demands
- Collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to build and ship exceptional product experiences
- Define clear success metrics and KPIs that demonstrate business impact and product performance
- Lead competitive analysis to ensure our supply-side solutions remain market-leading
Qualifications
- Adtech Expertise: 3+ years of product management experience in AdTech. Supply-side platforms or publisher monetization experience is an advantage
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and publisher value
- Analytical Fluency: Strong quantitative skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics that align with business objectives
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs)
- User Experience: Ability to create intuitive prototypes and collaborate effectively with design teams
- Experimentation Mindset: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Stakeholder Management: Excellence in aligning cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels

- Experience with real-time bidding, auction dynamics, or yield optimization algorithms

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead automation initiatives across our campaign system, supporting media activation, campaign operations, and platform scalability. This role will focus on identifying manual workflows, designing automation first solutions, and partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Data, and AI teams to enable efficient, reliable, and scalable campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the automation roadmap across campaign setup, activation, optimization, and reporting
- Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and translate them into scalable automated solutions
- Partner with Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation initiatives end-to-end
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation features
- Measure and communicate automation impact (e.g., time saved, error reduction, campaign throughput)
- Continuously iterate to improve the campaign system's performance, scalability, and usability
What Success Looks Like
- A growing percentage of campaigns launched and managed through automated workflows
- Meaningful reduction in campaign setup time and operational errors
- Increased scale of media activation without proportional headcount growth
- High adoption, trust, and satisfaction among Campaign Operations stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience designing and delivering automation first workflows
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering, Data and AI teams on technical systems and integrations
- Experience translating operational pain points into clear, scalable product solutions
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive prioritization and measurement
- Experience with AI-driven automation or rules-based decision systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
