What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:
- Take a leadership role in achieving team goals, contributing to the overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment of the team's systems
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios, ensuring high-quality results that may be consumed by other teams.
- Collaborate effectively within your team and with cross-functional partners, such as Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams, representing your team as needed.
- Maintain and improve the team's engineering practices, suggesting and implementing technology, patterns, or process enhancements.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability.
- Lead by example in code quality, contributing significantly to code reviews and acting as a focal point for engineering excellence questions.
- Help monitor production systems, investigate potential issues, and lead efforts to resolve critical production challenges while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Have You Done This Kind of Stuff:
- 6 - 10 years in backend software engineering roles, with demonstrated ability to navigate technical trade-offs and ambiguity effectively.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Nodejs or any similar object-oriented languages.
- Hands-on experience in SQL Server and database management
- Experience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).
- Experience in writing unit test and strong knowledge of design principles, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience in designing new functionality for existing complex components while maintaining scalability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- BSc/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree
Not a Must, but a Great Advantage:
- Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Practical knowledge of non-relational databases (eg. MongoDB)
- Experience in mentoring new hires and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practices.

Role summary
We are looking for a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our Frontend Platform and Micro-Frontend architecture. This role owns frontend engineering outcomes end-to-end from platform strategy and architecture to delivery excellence, quality, and developer productivity.
You will manage and grow high-performing frontend teams, define platform standards, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to build scalable, high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers
- Set clear technical and delivery expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth
- Build a strong engineering culture around ownership, quality, and continuous improvement
Frontend Platform Ownership
- Own the frontend platform vision and roadmap, focusing on scalability, performance, and developer experience
- Define and evolve shared frontend foundations: design systems, component libraries, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive standardization while enabling team autonomy
Micro-Frontend Architecture
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of micro-frontend architecture
- Define best practices for module federation, deployment independence, versioning, and cross-team integration
- Ensure seamless composition, performance optimization, and runtime stability across micro-frontends
Delivery & Outcomes
- Own end-to-end delivery outcomes — from requirements and architecture to release, monitoring, and iteration
- Balance speed and quality through strong engineering practices (testing, observability, performance budgets)
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into scalable frontend solutions
Technical Excellence
- Be hands-on at the architectural level; guide critical technical decisions and reviews
- Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and patterns
- Proactively address frontend performance, accessibility, security, and reliability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of frontend engineering experience, with 2+ years managing frontend teams
- Strong experience building and scaling frontend platforms
- Proven hands-on expertise with micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of modern frontend stacks (React preferred), state management, build systems, and tooling
- Experience owning large-scale frontend systems used by multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading platform teams serving multiple product teams
- Strong understanding of design systems and cross-functional collaboration with Design
- Experience in B2B or high-scale consumer products
- Exposure to performance optimization at scale

- Experience in managing at least 3-4 development teams.

- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Leadership: 5+ years of managerial experience, leading large development groups or overseeing R&D in small/medium companies.
- Development: 5+ years as a developer with full-stack experience (e.g., C#, .NET, Java).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with REST APIs, Queues, and Microservices architecture and database experience.
- Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system development (not just services).
- Engineering Practices: Expertise in code reviews, test coverage, and agile methodologies.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Business Applications domain, responsible for customer-facing products and experiences that power millions of businesses globally. You will take a hands-on role in driving execution while shaping the evolution of our offerings—balancing strategy, delivery, and user impact. As a PM, you’ll be expected to operate independently, lead complex initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a product leader within your team and across the organization.
What you’ll be spending your time on:

- Drive complex initiatives — Own high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.

- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments (experience in Fintech is a plus).
- Strong track record of leading customer-facing product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to balance local execution and global strategy.

- Lead the charge in designing, building, and scaling high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS.
- Mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile engineers, sharing your knowledge of native as well as cross-platform technologies like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Set the bar for mobile performance, reliability, and user experience, making sure our apps are blazing fast and bulletproof.

- Stay ahead of the curve in mobile tech trends and influence architecture decisions across the mobile domain.
What You Bring
- 9+ years of mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Android or iOS.
- Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework (Flutter / React Native / KMP) , bonus points if it’s React Native.
- Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals, including memory management, threading, app lifecycle, and UI performance optimization.
- A passion for measuring and improving app performance, metrics such as start-up times, frozen frames, app size, etc
- Excellent communication and leadership skills: you can mentor, inspire, and grow the team.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality practices is a plus.
