Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead and develop a globally distributed team of Program and Project Managers within PagerDuty's Professional Services organization. This role is primarily a people leadership position, responsible for building team capability, driving delivery consistency, and enabling measurable customer outcomes at scale. The Manager, Program Management partners closely with Professional Services leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional operations teams to ensure the PM team is well-equipped, effectively deployed, and delivering high-quality outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in program delivery and a proven ability to lead distributed teams through change. They lead with clarity, invest in the growth of their people, and maintain a high bar for operational rigor and customer impact.
Job Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
- Directly manage a team of Program Managers and Project Managers across multiple geographies, including Chile, the US, Canada, and dotted-line partnerships in EMEA and APAC.
- Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, regular coaching, structured feedback, and meaningful career development conversations.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and talent development efforts to build a high-performing, cohesive team across a distributed environment.
- Foster a team culture that values accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Identify skills gaps and create development plans or training pathways to close them.
Delivery Oversight & Operational Excellence
- Maintain visibility across the team's active programs, identifying patterns in risk, resource strain, or delivery quality that require intervention.
- Establish and reinforce consistent delivery standards, governance practices, and program management frameworks across the team.
- Support capacity planning and workload balancing to ensure sustainable utilization across team members.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of team processes, tooling, and reporting to improve delivery efficiency.
- Identify and advance expansion opportunities within active engagements by ensuring customer entitlements are fully utilized and positioning additional services where value has been demonstrated.
- Own the development and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that support new service offerings and evolving customer needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Professional Services leadership to align team priorities, surface delivery risks, and contribute to operating model improvements.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Resource Management to ensure smooth program staffing and handoffs.
- Contribute to team-level planning cycles, including forecasting, headcount planning, and capacity reviews.
- Represent the Program Management team in cross-functional discussions and leadership forums.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop case studies, testimonials, and referenceable accounts from successful Professional Services engagements that enable pre-sales conversations.
Program Delivery & Customer Engagement
- Maintain direct involvement in select customer programs or strategic initiatives, modeling delivery excellence and reinforcing team standards.
- Serve as an active escalation point for at-risk or high-complexity engagements, stepping in to drive resolution alongside the assigned PM.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, supporting the team in navigating executive-level conversations and program governance.
- Apply hands-on program management expertise to high-visibility or time-sensitive engagements as business needs require.
Qualifications
Requirement Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting, preferably in Professional Services or a SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Experience managing or closely collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, including planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is common.
- Ability to work from the PagerDuty Santiago office at least two days per week, with occasional travel for customer or team engagements.
- Authorized to work in Chile.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Professional Services delivery operations, including forecasting, resource planning, utilization management, and an understanding of revenue recognition as it applies to services delivery.
- Experience developing customer success stories, case studies, or other sales enablement materials from services engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to create or refine delivery methodologies for new service offerings or emerging technologies.
- Previous experience as a Program or Project Manager, or PMP/equivalent certification, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, delivery scheduling tools (Precursive, Mavenlink, or equivalent), and analytics platforms (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SaaS post-sales motions, customer success practices, and delivery revenue models.
- Experience leading teams through organizational or operational change.
- You know and understand our space or you're already a fan of our products!

PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will maintain and grow customer relationships, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify strategic expansion opportunities that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, a passion for data-driven customer management, and experience with SaaS products and AI-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive renewals, mitigate churn risk, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Present and negotiate renewal proposals, structure multi-year options, and manage contract value through strategic account management.
- Monitor customer health using usage analytics, telemetry, and business insights to identify and address risks early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams to ensure smooth contracting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver consultative guidance to drive configuration optimization and feature adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience, including Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- 4+ years of proven success managing renewals and growth within a SaaS environment.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools such as Gainsight, Tableau, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics to manage and retain customer accounts.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (COM) frameworks.
- Experience working with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and how they can be leveraged to drive efficiency and insight.
- Proven history of achieving revenue and retention goals through consultative account management.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $125,400.00 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.

We are seeking an Account Partner, Professional Services to define and scale Professional Services growth strategies, drive organizational excellence, and establish measurable customer outcome frameworks across PagerDuty's enterprise and strategic customer segments. This role owns the evolution of our services go-to-market motion, architects repeatable engagement models, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Marketing leadership to align advisory, implementation, enablement, and automation services to market needs spanning incident response, AIOps, and service ownership.

PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will maintain and grow customer relationships, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify strategic expansion opportunities that deliver measurable business value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive renewals, mitigate churn risk, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Present and negotiate renewal proposals, structure multi-year options, and manage contract value through strategic account management.
- Monitor customer health using usage analytics, telemetry, and business insights to identify and address risks early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams to ensure smooth contracting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver consultative guidance to drive configuration optimization and feature adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience, including Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- 4+ years of proven success managing renewals and growth within a SaaS environment.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools such as Gainsight, Tableau, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics to manage and retain customer accounts.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (COM) frameworks.
- Experience working with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.

- Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path of PagerDuty products, showing the current state, target future state with timeline.
- Deliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding the customers’ opportunity to reduce cost and drive growth.
- When appropriate, recommend additional expert services needed to drive success.
- Proactively communicate technical product changes, degradations, outages, end of life and other relevant updates.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process or product roadmap.
- Lead the cross functional post sales team at PagerDuty, delivering a seamless experience on behalf of the customer.
- Prepare and facilitate business review meetings, training sessions, webinars, demos, and other strategic and supportive interactions.
- Predict and forecast risk, renewal and expansion within the customer portfolio.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience and a demonstrated track record of success
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive business value ROI models, with an ability to drive strategic decision-making and deliver tangible results
- In-depth expertise in SaaS business models, including a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
- Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles and modern IT monitoring

- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.

The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $154,900 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.

PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will maintain and grow customer relationships, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify strategic expansion opportunities that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, a passion for data-driven customer management, and experience with SaaS products and AI-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive renewals, mitigate churn risk, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Present and negotiate renewal proposals, structure multi-year options, and manage contract value through strategic account management.
- Monitor customer health using usage analytics, telemetry, and business insights to identify and address risks early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams to ensure smooth contracting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver consultative guidance to drive configuration optimization and feature adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience, including Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- 4+ years of proven success managing renewals and growth within a SaaS environment.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools such as Gainsight, Tableau, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics to manage and retain customer accounts.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (COM) frameworks.
- Experience working with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and how they can be leveraged to drive efficiency and insight.
- Proven history of achieving revenue and retention goals through consultative account management.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

PagerDuty is seeking an Account Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will maintain and grow customer relationships, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and identify strategic expansion opportunities that deliver measurable business value. This is an exciting opportunity to blend customer success and sales expertise to help customers realize the full potential of PagerDuty’s platform while driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, a passion for data-driven customer management, and experience with SaaS products and AI-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive renewals, mitigate churn risk, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Present and negotiate renewal proposals, structure multi-year options, and manage contract value through strategic account management.
- Monitor customer health using usage analytics, telemetry, and business insights to identify and address risks early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams to ensure smooth contracting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver consultative guidance to drive configuration optimization and feature adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience, including Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals.
- 4+ years of proven success managing renewals and growth within a SaaS environment.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools such as Gainsight, Tableau, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics to manage and retain customer accounts.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (COM) frameworks.
- Experience working with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and how they can be leveraged to drive efficiency and insight.
- Proven history of achieving revenue and retention goals through consultative account management.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $125,400.00 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. The Senior Principal Customer Success Manager is aligned at the customers' key stakeholder level, building and fostering strong relationships to help customers accelerate their digital journey. The ideal candidate possesses the below qualifications and is willing to travel up to 25% of their time for in-person customer meetings. Customer Success Managers are working directly with customers that can vary in their market segment, size, solution complexity and life cycle, depending on the customers needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with the customers’ IT, Engineering and Support organizations.
- Demonstrates hands-on PagerDuty Product knowledge by applying it to the customer's business priorities.
- Guide a customer on process, people and change management best practices to drive customers adoption of real time operations.
- Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the sales team to build a risk mitigation plan.
- Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path of PagerDuty products, showing the current state, target future state with timeline.
- Deliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding the customers’ opportunity to reduce cost and drive growth.
- When appropriate, recommend additional expert services needed to drive success.
- Proactively communicate technical product changes, degradations, outages, end of life and other relevant updates.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process or product roadmap.
- Lead the cross functional post sales team at PagerDuty, delivering a seamless experience on behalf of the customer.
- Prepare and facilitate business review meetings, training sessions, webinars, demos, and other strategic and supportive interactions.
- Predict and forecast risk, renewal and expansion within the customer portfolio.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience and a demonstrated track record of success
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive business value ROI models, with an ability to drive strategic decision-making and deliver tangible results
- In-depth expertise in SaaS business models, including a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
- Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles and modern IT monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.
- Knowledge of PagerDuty products and platform features/capabilities
- Thrive in a collaborative fast pace environment and as a part of a results oriented team.
- Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level; facilitation of difficult discussions and adept at handling objections.
- Worked in a DevOps environment or with a company going through a transition to DevOps.
