OVERVIEW
Overstory Health builds world-class patient-centric Partial Hospital & Intensive Outpatient (PHP & IOP) programs for those with high acuity mental health needs. Our mission is to provide more accessible and dignified behavioral health care for clients when they need care the most. With a clinical model validated by McLean Hospital, we deliver comprehensive psychiatric, therapeutic, and community reintegration services to our patients. Our teams provide high-quality, whole-person, evidence-based care, with the goal of patient stability, connection, and confidence from program admission to post-graduation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Case Manager at Overstory Health, you will be the essential connector—linking clients, families, external providers, and our internal care team to create a truly seamless care experience. You’ll coordinate treatment updates, guide discharge planning, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure every stage of the client journey is supported with clarity and compassion. From securing aftercare referrals to orchestrating smooth post-program transitions, you’ll help uphold the dignity, accessibility, and clinical excellence that define the Overstory model.

The Intake Manager owns the full admissions function, overseeing people, performance, processes, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely access to care and an exceptional patient and referral experience.
This role blends strategic leadership with operational oversight—managing team performance, payer workflows, metrics, and continuous improvement across PHP, IOP, and outpatient admissions. The Admissions Manager is accountable for ensuring admissions is never a bottleneck to care and scales effectively as Overstory grows.

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Lead Therapist (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care and supporting our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in assessing patients, delivering therapy, and supporting both individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals. Qualifications
Active licensure as a licensed therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings preferred; PCP IBH or FQHC settings considered).
Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with confidence using evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT.
Proficiency in Google applications and willingness to learn department-specific software (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Electronic Health Record systems).

The Music Therapist will be a part of the multidisciplinary team for clients enrolled in the Psychiatric Day Treatment program at Overstory Health and is responsible for running the “Creative” group session . The music therapist is responsible for leading and documenting music therapy interventions and client responses in the electronic medical record and will align with client’s individual treatment goals.
