We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, replenishment processes, system integrity, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations Supervisor leads inventory-related activities, warehouse organization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction

This role is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and inventory control activities while ensuring operational processes and standards are followed within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Inventory Lead works closely with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations team to support outbound requirements, inventory accuracy, replenishment flow, and daily operational execution. The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains strong communication with associates, and promotes accountability, organization, safety, and operational discipline.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Replenishment Task Coordinator to join the team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing replenishment tasks within the warehouse operation to ensure inventory flow remains updated, organized, and aligned with outbound operational needs. The Replenishment Task Coordinator works closely with the Inventory Lead and Operations team to maintain replenishment aging under control, prioritize task execution, and support operational continuity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working under pressure, skilled with reporting tools and spreadsheets, and capable of maintaining strong communication across teams.

Job Description: Wholesale Team Lead

Outerspace provides a number of services including, but not limited to, warehousing and fulfillment, customization and light manufacturing, and product photography.
Outerspace is looking for a Wholesale Team Lead (B2B) to join our fast-growing team. This person will be responsible for daily B2B floor activities including, but not limited to coordinating and prioritizing orders with the floor staff, freight pick ups and ensuring guidelines are met. Additional responsibilities will include the maintenance of the B2B order status report, waving orders through our WMS portals, and manual billing.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are highly organized, and are able to complete tasks in a timely manner. The candidate will be able to maintain all order statuses, packing slips, BOLs, and related documents in an organized and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
● Wave B2B orders using our WMS platforms based on the ship window listed in B2B order status report
● Greet, document, and obtain proper sign offs for carrier pick ups.
● Coordinate with dock drivers (internal and external) to load trucks and obtain proper sign off
● File documentation and understand proper ASN requirements
● Provide labeling support and data entry, where applicable
● Update and maintain B2B order status report
● Enter manual billing for the department for non-automated functions
● Assign waves to associates by priority and cancel date
● Monitor ability of associates and allocate labor according to labor needs
● Communicate with the Inventory Control team on product and location issues that need resolution
● Escalate technical issues to supervisors and management for troubleshooting and resolution
● Provide suggestions and ideas for process improvements to management
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED required
● Associate’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related strongly preferred
● 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment center warehouse environment or related
● Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
● Read, understand, and translate retail customer vendor routing guidelines
● Issue resolution experience
