The Opportunity

Your Impact

- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes and product offerings.
- Actively participate in setting coding standards and lead code review sessions to maintain high-quality code and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- 5+ years of experience developing and architecting single-page web apps using a JavaScript framework
- Strong proficiency in writing clean, reusable, optimized HTML/CSS, Typescript and JavaScript
- Familiar with Linux. Experience with AWS environment is preferred
- Familiar with REST API principles
- Experience with WebSockets is a plus
- Experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests and a strong ability to debug code that is reusable, testable and efficient.
- Passion to explore and use the latest development tools and platforms
- BS or MS in computer science or related fields

You’ll work across the full lifecycle of AI-driven features—from data ingestion and model orchestration to output structuring and delivery into user-facing product surfaces. The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Engineer with extensive system knowledge who wants to be part of a team to build and operate large-scale systems that enables reliable and rapid deployment with effective monitoring and resilient operations.

- You have 2+ years experience in SRE, Production Engineering and/or DevOps

- Advanced level proficiency with one or more programming languages (i.e. Python, Golang)
- Deep experience with data structures and Linux systems internals (e.g., filesystems, system calls) and administration
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (i.e. Terraform, Ansible)
- You have a strong familiarity with AWS services (i.e. ECS, S3, ALB, VPC)
- You have knowledge in containers and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Experience building production quality cloud infrastructure that enables reliable and rapid deployment of large-scale systems with effective monitoring and resilient operations

- Has 10+ years of experience in developing and architecting large-scale web services, preferably with exposure to supporting AI systems.
- Holds a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in databases, distributed systems, backend performance optimization, and familiarity with backend requirements for machine learning infrastructure.
- Possesses expert proficiency in Python or other programming languages such as Go, Java, or C++.
- Has extensive experience with web frameworks like Django and is comfortable integrating systems with technologies such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Cassandra, particularly in support of AI workflows.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of database internals, transactions, indexing, and experience in schema design optimized for AI data workloads.
- Has hands-on experience deploying and managing services on AWS, particularly those interfacing with machine learning platforms.
- Is driven by ownership and passionate about delivering impactful solutions from conception to deployment, especially in collaborative environments with AI-focused teams.
- Brings substantial production server experience or equivalent backend expertise to the table.
- Has excellent communication skills, a genuine curiosity for technology, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HTTP, networking principles, and API design patterns beneficial to AI integrations.
- Experience with operating systems, particularly Linux, and an understanding of their interactions with AI applications and services.
