Role Overview

As our Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in Oshi Health's patient marketing engine, ensuring our patients receive the right message at the right time in their care journey. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert in the systems that enable our outreach,  supporting omnichannel patient journeys from awareness through enrollment and retention. 

What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end patient outreach journeys in Braze, driving patient enrollment, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product and account teams teams to ensure campaign logic, data fields, and workflows support both business and operational goals
• Monitor performance across engagement, conversion, and retention metrics. Helping translate CRM  impact on core business OKRs
• Proactively identify operational challenges and opportunities and support developing the solution in partnership with cross-functional partners
• Maintain CRM infrastructure and integrations, with support from data and engineering
• Act as a technical owner for the lifecycle programs you build, ensuring QA, accurate targeting, and clean reporting
• Leverage advanced personalization, including Liquid logic, dynamic content, and nuanced targeting
• Help define and evolve best-in-class CRM operating procedures, including day-to-day operability and long-term, strategic goals

What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, email, or marketing operations
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Braze,Customer.io, Klaviyo & Iterable; Braze experience preferred
• Proficient in HTML & CSS
• Fluency in CRM best practices, personalization, conditional logic, and experimentation frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Metabase, and Fullstory
• Strong hands-on execution skills—you're comfortable owning a project from start to finish
• Analytical mindset: comfortable building reports and interpreting CRM performance data

Preferred

• Experience managing and monitoring email domain health across warm and cold outreach
• Experience working in digital health, a regulated industry, or another trust-driven consumer category

As a Registered Dietitian at Oshi Health, you'll deliver personalized, evidence-based nutritional care to patients managing complex digestive conditions — all virtually, from wherever you are. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of GI physicians and mental health professionals to provide whole-person care that truly makes a difference. What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual patient care using evidence-based protocols including low FODMAP and targeted elimination diets, tailored to each patient's digestive condition
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of GI physicians, NP/PAs, and psychologists to ensure a coordinated, whole-person approach to care
• Develop individualized nutritional care plans that align with Oshi's clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines
• Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner within the EHR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of company-wide nutritional best practices
• Engage in professional training activities to stay current and continuously advance your clinical knowledge base
• Share insights and feedback with your team to improve patient experience and outcomes as Oshi scales

What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics and completion of an ACEND-accredited internship
• Active RD or RDN license with ability to be credentialed by insurance
• Minimum 1–3 years of outpatient clinical experience
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team

Preferred

• Experience in GI care with strong knowledge of dietary approaches for IBS, IBD, and GERD
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Experience in a digital health or high-growth startup environment

You'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of GI physicians, dietitians, and behavioral health specialists to provide coordinated, whole-person care that helps patients achieve lasting digestive health improvements. This role is at the heart of our mission — and your clinical expertise will directly change lives.

What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual patient care in alignment with Oshi's evidence-based care model, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for GI conditions with a focus on DGBIs, GERD, and IBD via video visits and chat messaging
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (GI physicians, dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators) to implement coordinated, comprehensive care plans
• Adhere to clinical protocols including ROME IV criteria and AGA and ACG guidelines to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely within the EHR, maintaining thorough and compliant records
• Allocate approximately 30 hours per week to direct patient care and 10 hours to documentation, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
• This is not a traditional 9-5 role — scheduling includes a mix of early morning, evening, and weekend hours to meet patient access needs. Flexibility and willingness to work outside standard business hours is essential
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical program development, and professional training to stay current in the field of gastrointestinal care
• Pursue cross-licensure opportunities and maintain good standing with all relevant licenses and certifications

What We're Looking For — Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current certification by ANCC, AANP, or other qualifying agency as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in gastroenterology specialty in an outpatient setting
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care providers including physicians, psychologists, and registered dietitians

Preferred

• Licensure in 2 additional states desired — candidates must be willing and able to obtain within 60 days of hire
