ABOUT THE CAMPAIGNS TEAM

The Campaigns team is a leading Democratic political consulting and direct mail firm with a record of winning tough races. We have an in-house creative studio that specializes in brand strategy, copywriting, design and direct mail production. We serve as creative partners to our clients, helping them solve their biggest challenges from brainstorming to creative production and execution. Together, we’re a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, and designers. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the BerlinRosen Campaigns (BRC) team as we staff up for the 2026 election season. You should have natural talent and an interest in politics with the ability to translate abstract messages into direct mail, canvassing literature, digital/social media ads, and other creative products.

Role duration: This is a temporary, full-time position running from May 2026 through October 23, 2026
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Graphic Designer on the BRC team, you will...

• Collaborate with Art Directors and account team members on multiple campaigns to produce and edit eye-catching and exceptional direct mail, plus other campaign materials
• Regularly meet tight deadlines for a diverse range of candidates running for office
• Find solutions to feedback that maintain strong layouts, branding, and design hierarchy
• Actively participate in visual concepts for mail
• Organize and maintain project files

Essential skills:

• 2+ years of experience with print design and art direction in an agency setting (or comparable environment)
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive, and collaborative approach to work with strong time management skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during peak periods
• Can adapt under pressure and quickly pivot priorities to meet last-minute deadlines

Preferred skills:

• Editorial design experience
• Political campaign design experience

Salary: $67,500 annually (prorated)

We get brought on by campaigns as direct mail consultants all around the country, serving as both strategists and producing the campaign’s mail from start to finish.  Together, we’re a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, designers and strategists. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

BerlinRosen is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their Campaigns and Political Direct Mail team for the 2026 campaign cycle. As a member of our Direct Mail team, the Junior Account Executive will be integral to keeping our team on schedule and providing our clients with timely, high-quality creative services. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has strong attention to detail. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is passionate about electing Democrats up and down the ballot. 

Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office, with New York being the preferred location. The Campaigns team is in-office at least 3+ days per week. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a Junior Account Executive on our Campaigns team, you will…

• Manage production and drive internal processes for political direct mail 
• Work directly with our campaign clients
• Edit direct mail 
• Assist with photo shoots
• Help to maintain budgets 

Essential skills:

• 1+ year of experience in politics, ideally on a campaign or another fast-paced environment
• High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong proofreading and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Solid quantitative skills

Salary: $65,000 annually (prorated)
