About The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to help shape the voice of OneSkin—turning complex longevity science into compelling ideas, narratives, and campaigns.
As ACD, Copy, you will lead the creative development of OneSkin’s voice across campaigns, digital and print touchpoints, product launches, and brand experiences. You’ll bring our science to life through storytelling that is clear, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant, ensuring our message shows up powerfully across every consumer touchpoint, from integrated brand campaigns to product pages, social, and performance marketing.
This role requires a writer who can move seamlessly between big brand thinking and high-performing omni-channel storytelling—concepting platform ideas that build cultural relevance while crafting the kind of clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.
You’ll help build a modern longevity brand that is both scientifically credible and culturally magnetic.

What You'll Do
Brand Voice & Copy Leadership
- Own and evolve OneSkin’s brand voice and copy guidelines, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across every consumer touchpoint.
- Define and maintain messaging frameworks that translate complex longevity science into clear, compelling storytelling.
- Guide internal teams and freelance writers in applying the voice consistently across campaigns, product marketing, and content.
- Champion exceptional copycraft and ensure the brand communicates with intelligence, warmth, and authority.
Creative Concepting & Campaign Development
- Lead copy and concept development for integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and major brand moments.
- Develop big brand ideas and creative platforms that translate OneSkin’s longevity science into culturally resonant storytelling.
- Partner closely with design and creative leadership to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
Product Launch Storytelling
- Lead creative copy development for new product launches.
- Translate scientific breakthroughs into clear, compelling product narratives and benefit-driven messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Science teams to ensure messaging is both inspiring, scientifically credible, and abiding by regulatory compliance.
Creative Direction & Freelance Management
- Foster a culture where creativity, science, and strategy coexist in powerful synergy.
- Manage and guide a small bench of freelance copywriters, providing creative direction, editing, and feedback.
- Ensure consistency in voice, craft, and messaging across all internal and freelance-created work.
- Assign projects, manage workflows, and maintain high creative standards across initiatives.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in copywriting or creative roles at agencies or high-growth consumer brands.
- Strong DTC experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer health for a brand with complex scientific translation/ compliance requirements.
- Experience developing big brand ideas, creative platforms, and integrated campaigns.
- Experience writing across the full marketing funnel—from brand campaigns to product pages and conversion-focused ads.
- Experience managing or directing freelance writers or external creative partners.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and performance-oriented work.
- Ability to translate scientific or technical concepts into clear consumer narratives.
- A passion for science-backed beauty, longevity, and purpose-driven brand building..

Compensation Range: $150,000–$170,000
Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketplaces who will lead the strategic growth and performance of OneSkin’s marketplace ecosystem across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. This person will own marketplace channel P&Ls, including achieving revenue and contribution margin targets, and overall contribution to the broader company revenue strategy. This person will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, performance oversight, and cross-functional alignment, while managing agencies responsible for day-to-day operations, optimization, and media execution. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, analytical depth, and operational rigor with a passion for longevity and brand storytelling.
What You'll Do
Marketplace Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the long-term marketplace growth strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital retail partners.
- Lead and manage agency partners responsible for day-to-day optimization, content, advertising, and operations providing strategic direction, KPI frameworks, and performance accountability.
- Drive channel-level sales, profitability, and efficiency goals by optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategy.
- Partner with agency to build quarterly and annual marketplace plans including forecasting, budget allocation, and product launch sequencing.
- Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities and partnerships to expand OneSkin’s digital footprint and customer reach.
Performance & Analytics
- Oversee agency-driven performance reporting and ensure data integrity across KPIs including traffic, conversion, CAC and LTV:CAC.
- Partner with marketing to integrate paid media strategies (Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping) into the broader acquisition roadmap.
- Use data insights to inform strategic decisions around spend allocation, product positioning, and cross-channel optimization.
- Build executive-ready dashboards summarizing performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Creative to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign alignment across DTC and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain on inventory management, demand planning, and fulfillment optimization.
- Work with Customer Experience and CRM teams to enhance post-purchase engagement, loyalty, and retention within marketplaces.
Storefront & Experience Optimization
- Oversee the strategic direction of marketplace storefronts and PDPs, ensuring brand consistency and conversion excellence.
- Guide agencies in executing A/B tests, content updates, and UX optimizations informed by data and brand insights.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to evolve visual merchandising and promotional experiences.
Leadership & Innovation
- Build and lead a high-performing marketplace function that partners effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Stay at the forefront of digital commerce and platform innovation, proactively identifying tools and emerging opportunities that enhance performance and customer experience.
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or digital retail, ideally within high-growth consumer brands.
- Proven success developing and executing marketplace strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
- Proactive communicator and problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to measure and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience driving customer experience improvements across site and marketplaces
- Comfort operating at both a strategic and tactical level—balancing vision-setting with hands-on execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership capabilities, ability to influence senior leadership and experience building and developing high-performing ecommerce teams
