Job Description
Olsson has a job opportunity available to work directly with one of the world’s largest technology companies. As an On-Site Close Out Manager, you will be responsible for complex data center construction projects, implementing and overseeing construction closeout processes, ability to perform field verification as-built audits, and initiating action needed to keep construction closeout on schedule with the highest quality. This is an owner’s rep role and the single point of contact for all closeout deliverables including design drawings, shop drawings, CAD/BIM models, submittals, warranties, etc.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our industry-leading Data Center Project Management team. In this role, you will oversee large, multidiscipline design projects throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring the project adheres to the approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements while promptly resolving issues during construction. You will be responsible for driving the project forward through project closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, client representatives, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Adherence: Oversee the implementation of design intent, ensuring project execution aligns with specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.
- Technical Coordination: Urgently manage the flow of technical documentation (including RFIs, submittals, and design deliverables), reviewing for cross-discipline completeness and constructability.
- Project Delivery & Risk: Drive project delivery to meet schedule and budget milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of technical and site-specific issues, coordinating between design and construction partners to swiftly address unforeseen conditions or conflicts.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site observations and quality reviews to verify progress, identify deficiencies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Meeting Leadership: Lead and document project coordination meetings to drive decision-making and team alignment.
- Change Management: Manage the scope modification process, including the review and negotiation of Change Orders and contract adjustments.
- Project Closeout: Oversee the closeout process, ensuring the accurate maintenance of record documents and final deliverables.

Join our team for a unique opportunity working directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a BIM Coordinator, you will collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, being the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include playing a crucial part in coordinating the delivery and maintaining CAD/BIM content for data center projects, utilizing professional tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will require the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of people.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will also provide support to the CAD/BIM team during various project milestones and in a variety of ways based on current demand. You will lead closeout efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, perform model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects into existing models, and perform general model maintenance / drafting.

Our Data Center Commissioning group partners with clients to ensure their facilities are designed, built, tested, and delivered to perform as intended. As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for one or more key data center clients or programs. - Serve as the primary client point of contact for data center commissioning programs or portfolios.

As a key player in our team, you’ll ensure that state-of-the-art facilities—like data centers and other large-scale infrastructure—operate at peak performance from day one.
In this role, you’ll:
- Oversee daily commissioning activities with precision and accountability
- Conduct thorough pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity

Job Description
Olsson is offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the world’s largest technology companies as a QAQC Agent. In this role, you’ll be on-site at active construction projects, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and controls systems are installed correctly and meet all design, code, and industry standards. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s team, you’ll monitor daily construction activities, inspect system installations, and help maintain quality from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in fast-paced field environments, and has strong knowledge—or a willingness to learn—about mechanical, electrical, or controls systems. Comfort with construction software across various platforms and devices is a plus.

Job Description
Join our team for a unique opportunity working directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a BIM Specialist, you will collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, being the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include playing a crucial part in coordinating the delivery and maintaining CAD/BIM content for data center projects, utilizing professional tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will require the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of people.
As a BIM Specialist, you will also provide support to the CAD/BIM team during various project milestones and in a variety of ways based on current demand. You will lead closeout efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, perform model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects into existing models, and perform general model maintenance / drafting.
