About the Role  

At Ogilvy, we are seeking for an internship within the Social Media department of our agency. If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the monthly content planning alongside the Social Media Manager, who will ensure the content aligns with the defined strategy.
• Assist in breaking down and scripting content for production in native social media formats: script, framing, transitions, etc.
• Participate in the recording of content.
• Support basic editing in native formats: transitions, text, music, etc.

What You’ll Need 

• A high level of English, approximately C1
• Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school
• Currently studying Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related Master's program
• Knowledge of social media formats/codes
• Basic knowledge of native content editing: CapCut, Instagram Edits, etc.
• A content portfolio will be highly valued

Conditions:

• Duration: 6 months
• Hours: 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Study allowance: €300 net per month
• Immediate start
• Location: Calle Ríos Rosas 26, 28003, Madrid

About the Role  

We are looking for a Community Manager with a high level of English for our agency, Ogilvy Madrid.

What You’ll Do 

• Community management, reposting content, managing User-Generated Content (UGC), and customer service.
• Scheduling and planning posts.
• Identifying new conversations relevant to the brand.
• Monitoring and analyzing brand sentiment on social media profiles.
• Generating reports.

What You’ll Need  

• High level of English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience in managing social media accounts.
• Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, G+, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with Community Management and Publishing tools like Sprinklr.
• Background in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or Audiovisual Communication.

What we offer:

• Permanent contract.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During July and August, working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Buscamos un/a Copy Senior especializado/a en social media, con una sólida capacidad estratégica y criterio creativo, capaz de desarrollar ideas relevantes sin depender del formato como punto de partida. Valoramos especialmente perfiles que entiendan que una buena idea debe poder adaptarse con coherencia a distintos canales y contextos.

¿Qué harás? 

• Conceptualizar ideas y campañas para entornos sociales.
• Construir narrativas de marca consistentes, más allá de piezas aisladas.
• Colaborar con equipos creativos y estratégicos en el desarrollo y evolución de propuestas.

¿Qué necesitas?  

• Experiencia mínima de 6 años como copywriter en agencia o entorno creativo.
• Capacidad de pensamiento conceptual y enfoque estratégico.
• Excelente nivel de redacción y sensibilidad por el tono.
• Criterio para desarrollar ideas más allá de los formatos específicos.
• Capacidad para argumentar y defender propuestas, así como para desarrollarlas en equipo.
• Buen nivel de inglés, imprescindible para trabajar con clientes internacionales.

• Experiencia en campañas integradas.
• Sensibilidad cultural y capacidad para identificar tendencias relevantes.
• Orientación a la calidad y al desarrollo de propuestas creativas sólidas.

Tareas y responsabilidades:

• Apoyo en las funciones de Community Manager y publicación.
• Creación de contenidos en redes sociales.
• Aprender a usar herramientas de Analytics.
• Apoyo en el Reporting.
• Manejo de Capcut para edición de contenido.
• Conocer y aplicar las tendencias en redes sociales de manera proactiva en los contenidos.

Requisitos:

• Estudios de grado en Publicidad y RRPP, Audiovisual, ADE, MK o titulaciones similares.
• Idiomas: Inglés Alto (aproximadamente un C1 demostrable).

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• Horario: 5 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 14:00.
