Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed & Fri - 8 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $20/hr paid weekly
- Drive across New Jersey delivering customer orders while following all safety protocols
- Enter and exit the vehicle from the driver’s door/cargo bay doors to pull the customer’s order and stack it on the dolly, ensuring no product is damaged in the process
- Determine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
- Use a hand truck to move cases and loose items across various building obstacles such as stairs, ramps, and sidewalks
- Delivery includes multiple stops per night upwards of 150-200 items per stop including milk, alt milk, sandwiches etc
- Delivery confirmation with provided phone at each delivery stop
- Required to pick up empty crates and trays and return to the warehouse at the end of each shift
- Correctly identify any order issues and resolve them in real-time
- Utilize a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer information
- Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders
- Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
- Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans
- Perform all tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Can drive up to a 26' box truck with lift gate
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to lift items up to 60lbs
- Must be able to read, write, & understand/speak English

What your shift will look like/requirements:
Local Picking
- Coordinate and supervise the local picking team to ensure all orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
- Optimize picking routes and methods to minimize time and maximize productivity.
- Train new team members on picking procedures and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Enforce scan compliance and provide guidance to team members on technology
Audit/Quality Control
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all outgoing orders.
- Conduct regular audits of picked orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues, providing feedback and training to pick team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all audit findings to retrain and work with management on corrective actions for repeat pick performance issues.
Loadout of Delivery Vehicles
- Supervise the loading of delivery vehicles, ensuring all packages are secured and organized according to delivery routes.
- Verify that all orders are loaded onto the correct vehicles and that documentation matches the loaded items.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely departures.
- Address any issues that arise during the loadout process.
Order Tasking/Order Fulfillment
- Assign order tasks to team members based on priority and efficiency.
- Monitor the progress of order fulfillment from picking to loadout, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage order flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Availability to work overtime as required

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for Operations.
In this role you will oversee the full scope of our overnight last-mile delivery operation; you will lead warehouse and driver operations, ensure safety, optimize performance, drive operational efficiency, and maintain our commitment to a 95 %+ delivery success quality rate by owning your workstreams and influencing any upstream or downstream owners. This role is ideal for a leader with deep operational expertise who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth logistics environments and who can drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding results.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Create and maintain a strong safety culture that eliminates risks from the operation
- Support, coach, and lead a large team of drivers, dispatch, and team leaders
- Demonstrates initiative in all areas of the business. Has a bias for action and a passion for results.
- Develops team leaders who can drive results in the business
- Own all operational KPIs for your assigned shift/workstreams, including delivery success rate, safety metrics, labor and productivity, and route efficiency.
- Uses process and project management skills to deliver significant and measurable results
- Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Partner with leadership on other shifts and workstreams to ensure seamless 24-hour operations.
- Able to stand in for the Site General Manager as needed.
- Perform all duties as identified by the General Manager and/or other leadership.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 2 years of direct report and performance management experience
- Proven track record of delivering results against safety, compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- A proven capacity to collect and assess complex data, using those insights to formulate, propose, and deploy effective business solutions.
- Proficiency in operations management systems, routing software, and productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery logistics
- Preferred:
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing labor budgets and operational P&L elements.
- OSHA, DOT, or other relevant safety certifications.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibile schedules including weekends and oversee an overnight shift where employees work from 8 PM - 6:30 AM.
Compensation for this role is up to $120,000.

Schedule: Multiple Schedules Available 8 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $20/hr paid weekly
- Drive across New Jersey delivering customer orders while following all safety protocols
- Enter and exit the vehicle from the driver’s door/cargo bay doors to pull the customer’s order and stack it on the dolly, ensuring no product is damaged in the process
- Determine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
- Use a hand truck to move cases and loose items across various building obstacles such as stairs, ramps, and sidewalks
- Delivery includes multiple stops per night upwards of 150-200 items per stop including milk, alt milk, sandwiches etc
- Delivery confirmation with provided phone at each delivery stop
- Required to pick up empty crates and trays and return to the warehouse at the end of each shift
- Correctly identify any order issues and resolve them in real-time
- Utilize a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer information
- Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders
- Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
- Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans
- Perform all tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Can drive up to a 26' box truck with lift gate
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to lift items up to 60lbs
- Must be able to read, write, & understand/speak English

The Sr. General Manager of Operations will lead people, processes, and systems at our flagship warehouse in Moonachie, NJ. The Sr. General Manager will have responsibility for the total operational performance of a high-volume, large-scale Warehouse facility. The Sr. General Manager serves as the Leader of the site and is the face of the organization to our associates and drivers.
Travel requirement: 10% (primarily for regional alignment and best-practice sharing).
Scope of Work:
- Site Leadership: Lead a large-scale, 24/7 Warehouse by leading through AGMs and department leads to deliver products on-time, in-full, and damage-free to customers. Effectively lead all departments including: Inbound, Picking, Packing, E-Comm, ICQA, Outbound. Effectively manage all aspects of fleet, facilities and services.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure compliance with personal, vehicle and food safety standards, as well as quality standards, regulations, policies, and procedures, promoting a positive and values driven culture within the facility.
- Metric Delivery: Lead delivery of all targeted metrics across Safety, People, Quality, Productivity, and Costs for the site.
- Financial Oversight: Full P&L and annual budgeting process responsibility for the facility. Ensure financial oversight over all expense areas.
- Labor Planning: Drive labor planning to ensure the warehouse is staffed to support growth without overstaffing.
- Inventory Integrity: Ensure the warehouse is maintaining inventory accuracy and product is handled to eliminate damage/loss within the facility.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement projects by working cross-functionally with Ops Ex and Supply Chain teams, managing change within the warehouse.
- Operational Readiness: Support Operations Readiness and staffing structure for site expansions or local integrations.
- Team Development: Develop high performance teams within a fast-paced environment that will exceed customer expectations.
- Systems Innovation: Partner with Technology and Ops Ex teams to define system enhancements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse and driver execution.
- Knowledge Sharing: Take proactive steps to ensure Best Practices are learned and shared across the broader network.
- Succession Planning: Develop a Succession Plan for each department and leadership level within the Warehouse.
- Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategy as it relates to facility capacity, layout, and design.
- Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of AGMs and department leads, providing timely feedback, coaching, and career development plans.

- Industry Experience: 7-10 years of operations management experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, and/or local delivery-final mile.
- Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading direct reports and driving their success and development.
- Performance Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver metrics across Safety, People, Quality, Productivity, and Costs.
- Problem Solving: Proven proficiency tackling complex problems that affect customers by delivering innovative solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Must have strong working knowledge of Transportation, Fleet, Safety, Food Safety, and regulatory.
- Collaboration: Must be able to deliver results by working with many matrix teams to deliver greater results.
- Change Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale operational shifts, technology integrations, and process improvements in a 24/7 environment while maintaining performance metrics and a positive culture.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $140,000-165,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
