About the Role
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers to join Nuvolar and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple industries. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will also support data migration, maintain best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Perform data migrations, transformations, and loading from legacy systems.
- Design and implement complex sharing models and apply Salesforce best practices for declarative and programmatic development.
- Define and execute test plans, ensuring quality, scalability, environment independence, and security.
- Document technical solutions, system architecture, user stories, and development processes.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and contribute to innovation and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and SQL.
- Experience with deployment and release management tools (Copado, GitHub, or similar).
- Experience writing unit tests and implementing Salesforce integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Salesforce certifications required: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer I or II, App Builder.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants with experience across multiple Salesforce platforms. In this role, you will gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and implement declarative automation with Salesforce Flow, manage data quality and migrations, and support end-to-end project delivery. You will also lead small to mid-sized projects, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and proactively optimize the Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document business needs through workshops and translate them into precise user stories.
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including automation with Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles or project phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training).
- Manage data quality and migrations using tools like Data Loader.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives, representing Nuvolar externally when needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
- Strong declarative configuration and administration skills; experience with complex automation and data migration.
- Familiarity with Lightning Platform, programmatic capabilities, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English and Spanish required).
- Project management experience for small to mid-sized concurrent projects.
- Salesforce certifications required: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud.
- Nice to have: Platform Developer, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
