The Mission

Nuitée is looking for an intellectually rigorous Founder’s Associate to act as the primary surrogate for the Chief of Staff.

You will not just be assisting; you will be orchestrating. You will learn the DNA of our sales strategy, master our technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Operations: Act as the "connective tissue" within the leadership team. You will supervise and mentor Chiara (Internship), ensuring her workstreams align with the Executive Office's priorities.
• Tactical Execution: Own "Stealth Projects" that don't have a home yet—ranging from AI integration audits to high-level commercial strategy.
• Strategy Synthesis: Shadow the CEO to internalize how Nuitée wins. You will move from observing sales strategy to proposing your own, eventually owning your P&L or product line.
• Internal Gatekeeping: Manage the hiring pipeline for the Executive Office. You will share LinkedIn profiles and CVs with Chiara to ensure a seamless screening process before executive involvement.

The Ideal Profile

• The Pedigree: Early career with a foundation in a top-tier Law Cabinet or Management Consulting firm. You understand the "City" pace and have an uncompromising bar for quality.
• The Experience: You’ve spent time in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or an AI/Tech Startup. You understand the "Founder Associate" model (think Nasser Chowdhury style autonomy).
• The Hunger: You are a "fresh" MBA graduate or junior professional who is technically curious. You don't just want to manage; you want to get into the "plumbing" of a Tech/AI startup.
• High Agency: You are autonomous. You don't wait for a brief; you identify a gap and fill it.

We are looking for a highly proactive and sharp Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to our CEO. This isn’t a "sit back and take notes" kind of role. We need a gatekeeper who can protect the CEO’s time with clinical precision, an organizer who thrives in fast-paced environments, and a strategic thinker who can analyze how time is spent to optimize performance.

You’ll be joining a culture that values rigorous standards over superficial polish. We prioritize accuracy, speed, and high-level execution over corporate fluff.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Calendar Management: Own the CEO’s schedule. You aren't just booking meetings; you are protecting his focus. You’ll ensure he is on time for every interview and engagement, no excuses.
• Time Analytics: Beyond scheduling, you will analyze the calendar. You’ll provide reports on where time is being spent and make data-driven adjustments to ensure the most accurate use of the CEO’s day.
• Events & Offsites Lead You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our local and international offsites. This role is not limited to Casablanca; you will manage logistics for events happening across all our global hubs.
• Emergency Responsiveness: You are the primary point of contact for urgent matters. We need someone who is highly responsive and can pivot instantly when priorities shift.
• Future Growth (PR & Comms): As the company scales, this role will evolve. You will eventually manage Public Relations and Communication, serving as a key voice for the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in a high-intensity environment. Ideally, you have experience in a top-tier consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or a fast-scaling Tech Company.
• Languages: Professional fluency English.
• Location: Must be based in Casablanca.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can hold your own in a room with executives and external partners.
