Are you ready to take the next step in your medical communications career? We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our talented, collaborative team supporting a high-profile medical affairs account.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in bringing scientific stories to life — helping our clients communicate their research clearly, accurately, and with impact. You’ll work alongside experienced Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring every deliverable is high-quality, on time, and within budget.
From developing project timelines to managing budgets and financial reconciliations, you’ll take ownership of the details that make our partnerships successful. Most importantly, you’ll help build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues — because great science deserves great teamwork.

About the role
We have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join the group working a large on a medical affairs account. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys being a strategic leader, multi-tasking, and is motivated to drive and develop the business.
Here's what you'll be doing:
As Account Director you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects. Using your project management / leadership skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including scientific and strategic consultation, project planning for new and existing drug therapies, satellite symposia, conferences, medical education projects in both web and multimedia formats and future launch planning. You will research information from a variety of sources in order to provide expertise in therapy area(s) and product(s) and as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards. You may also have line management responsibility.
About you:
To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). You will also have a wealth of experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment working on medical affairs projects. In addition, a proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management experience is required. To be successful you would needed to have developed strategic communication plans and programs in a previous role. You should have good financial understanding and have had experience with budgeting. You will also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the role
We’re looking for a Scientific Director to lead on scientific content development, strategy and new business. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver medical education that has a direct impact on clinician behaviour and patient outcomes. Existing experience in medical affairs, including development of training materials and/or healthcare professional (HCP) education, is ideal. Reporting to the Senior Scientific Director, this role offers opportunities to be a partner and trusted advisor to colleagues and external stakeholders, with travel for educational events.
