Are you ready to take the next step in your medical communications career? We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our talented, collaborative team supporting a high-profile medical affairs account.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in bringing scientific stories to life — helping our clients communicate their research clearly, accurately, and with impact. You’ll work alongside experienced Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring every deliverable is high-quality, on time, and within budget.

From developing project timelines to managing budgets and financial reconciliations, you’ll take ownership of the details that make our partnerships successful. Most importantly, you’ll help build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues — because great science deserves great teamwork.

This position is remote.

About You

You’re organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through scientific communication. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing your projects come to life.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing medical affairs projects
• Proficient in Veeva (required)
• Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and managing project finances
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• A true team player who builds positive, productive relationships

About the role

We have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join the group working a large on a medical affairs account. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys being a strategic leader, multi-tasking, and is motivated to drive and develop the business.

Here's what you'll be doing:

As Account Director you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects. Using your project management / leadership skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including scientific and strategic consultation, project planning for new and existing drug therapies, satellite symposia, conferences, medical education projects in both web and multimedia formats and future launch planning. You will research information from a variety of sources in order to provide expertise in therapy area(s) and product(s) and as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards. You may also have line management responsibility.

About you:

To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). You will also have a wealth of experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment working on medical affairs projects. In addition, a proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management experience is required. To be successful you would needed to have developed strategic communication plans and programs in a previous role. You should have good financial understanding and have had experience with budgeting. You will also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

We’re looking for a Scientific Director to lead on scientific content development, strategy and new business. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver medical education that has a direct impact on clinician behaviour and patient outcomes. Existing experience in medical affairs, including development of training materials and/or healthcare professional (HCP) education, is ideal. Experience across multiple therapy areas is an advantage, but strong project leadership skills, a creative mindset and flexibility are more important. Here's what you'll do:

As a Scientific Director, you will be responsible for accurate and high-quality scientific content across a range of deliverables. Collaborating closely with expert faculty, you will independently develop content for impactful, multiformat education targeting global HCPs. You will build strong relationships with multiple external stakeholders and lead faculty calls and educational events, with support from client services (CS). You will also partner with the scientific and CS leads to streamline processes, review work, maintain quality standards and drive business growth. Drawing on your strategic insights, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to innovative new business solutions alongside the agency leadership. Reporting to the Senior Scientific Director, this role offers opportunities to be a partner and trusted advisor to colleagues and external stakeholders, with travel for educational events.

About you:

To succeed you will have:

• Several years’ experience working in medical affairs and/or medical education within a medical communications agency environment.
• Experience writing across a broad range of deliverables, formats and therapy areas for a variety of HCP audiences.

• Experience reviewing and overseeing other writers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build a strong rapport with colleagues, clients and external experts.
• Ability to take ownership, work proactively to deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality control.

We're looking for a Senior Medical Writer to work on one our Publication teams. You will report to a Scientific Director and work with the agency's senior leadership team. This role would suit an experienced writer with experience in the following therapy areas - Respiratory.

Here's what you'll do:

As a Senior Medical writer, you will across many deliverables, mainly publications (primary and secondary manuscripts, review manuscripts, congress submissions and presentations [abstracts, posters, oral presentations]), publication extender materials (plain language summaries, graphical abstracts); publication workshops, scientific narratives.

Occasionally some med affairs work (scripts, videos).

About you:

To succeed you will have:

• Experience working in a Medical Writing role, within a medical communications agency environment. Preferable Publications.
