You have assimilated the majority of tasks and responsibilities. You are familiar with the tools/software you use on a daily basis. You have started your first redesign mandate and are anticipating the next steps in the process. You actively lead and coordinate client and team meetings. You have had a discussion with your client to explain that a scope change request will impact their budget and/or timeline. You have integrated well into the management team and you contribute in your own way to the optimization of the department's processes while radiating a nice positive energy.
12 months...
You have delivered your first redesign mandate and you are now autonomous to carry out an entire redesign mandate. You propose internal initiatives to the management process. You have worked with several teams. You have learned to coordinate different personalities in different contexts, teams and projects. You understand the e-commerce ecosystem and can explain it to your clients.

As a certified Shopify Plus partner, we support manufacturers, distributors and retailers in modernizing their digital commerce operations. Novatize is expanding into the US and seeking a Sales Account Executive to lead this growth.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Sales Account Executive – US Market, you will be a strategic growth driver for Novatize in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle for B2B eCommerce replatforming and migration projects on Shopify Plus, from initial market outreach through to signed services agreements. This is primarily a new-logo hunter role focused on net-new clients and strategic expansion within accounts you originate. Beyond revenue generation, you will play a central role in validating and refining Novatize’s go-to-market strategy in the US. You will help sharpen our industry focus, build a repeatable pipeline in our priority verticals and act as a senior ambassador for Novatize.
