About the role
As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Northbeam, you will own the customer onboarding and implementation journey for a technically complex marketing and advertising measurement platform built on accurate tracking and attribution. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role for someone who can combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with clear, confident communication. You will guide customers through front-end website tracking, back-end data integrations, and ads tracking setup, helping ensure their data is implemented correctly and ready for use. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to investigate issues methodically in environments where every customer setup may be slightly different. You will play a critical role in helping customers get live with healthy, validated data while contributing to a high-quality onboarding experience that supports long-term customer success.
