This role exists because our commercial organisation is growing and the quality of GTM hiring directly impacts revenue. You'll have full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across go-to-market functions — Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner, and Marketing — and a real stake in how we attract and secure the talent that helps us compete and win in a highly competitive market.

You'll have direct ownership of delivering high-quality People Partnering across our technology business units, ensuring managers can lead their teams, manage performance, and navigate employee relations with confidence.
