The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Cloud Platform execution office team. The team mainly focuses on scaling the Nebius Cloud Platform (both in number of regions and their size) and supporting new generations of hardware. But,when needed also projects from other domains that require wide cross-team coordination and deep knowledge of the Platform from different perspectives.

In this role, you will manage large-scale projects influencing the Nebius Cloud Platform as a whole, with up to hundreds of engineers and other stakeholders (both from technical and business departments) involved. You will have to understand and reconcile the needs of the Cloud Platform team, Data center & Hardware team, Sales and other customer-facing teams, etc.

Furthermore, you will:

• Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects, set and communicate goals and timelines
• initiate and facilitate decision-making and changes, both procedural and technical
• Meet challenging deadlines despite conflicting priorities
• Introduce new processes and make them reproducible
• Align needs and interests of the stakeholders up to C-level.

Requirements:

• 10+ years as a Technical Project / Program Manager of cross-team projects or Staff Architect working with large teams (20+). Preferably a few years as SWE.
• Strong technical knowledge (SW architecture, infrastructure technologies)
• Analytical mindset and skills; SQL/Python/shell scripting
• Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of recent advances in hardware (GPUs, CPUs, Networking etc) is a plus

The role

We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Dev Tools and Observability teams in Amsterdam or remote. Dev Tools team handle everything from the moment a developer starts writing code on their laptop to the moment the application is deployed in k8s or any other orchestrator. Observability Platform is a tool that unifies logs, metrics, traces, and many other services into a single ecosystem, which helps monitor the performance and health of applications. The impact on this position has high implications across various products.

The scope is - set up feedback loops from engineering teams, drive AI-related experiments, and help bring our planning and processes to a more mature level. This is a hands-on role: less reporting, more structuring, pushing things forward, and making results comparable.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a TPM on cross-team initiatives or as an engineering manager/director. A few years as SWE is a plus.
• Strong technical background (architecture, infra, CI/CD, o11y basics).
• Excellent communicator, both spoken and written.
• Experience running cross-team work where no one has formal authority over everyone.
• Analytical approach to data and survey results.
• Experience with planning tools and willingness to adjust them.

The role 

The Data Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining robust data infrastructure that powers analytics, and business intelligence across Nebius. We design and implement scalable data pipelines, optimize data storage and processing, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The team works closely with product teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure and pipelines. You will work on processing large-scale datasets, optimizing data workflows, and enabling analytics capabilities that support our rapidly growing cloud platform.

Your responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data infrastructure.
• Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and query performance for large-scale datasets.
• Design and implement data models for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Develop tools and automation to improve data engineering workflows and productivity.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production data systems.

Must-haves: 

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and solid programming skills in Python.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, or similar).
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
• Understanding of data architectures and storage systems.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience with real-time data streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, etc).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR, SOC2).
• Knowledge of data quality and observability tools (Great Expectations, etc.).

The role:

We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager for the External Solutions Department, which includes Managed Service Platform, Managed Skypilot & Integrations, and Serverless & Marketplace services. These teams deliver external-facing cloud capabilities, integrations, and managed offerings used across the Nebius platform.

The scope: drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams, align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders, and help bring clarity and structure to how we launch new external services. This includes coordinating service releases, working with Legal, preparing deployments to new datacenters, and managing expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups. The role is hands-on: less reporting, more driving alignment, structuring work, and pushing programs forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus. staff engineer/staff architect is plus.
• Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments).
• Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand.
• Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
