As part of our Customer Experience team, you will be working closely with our SMB (Small-Medium Businesses) customers. You will play a pivotal role in enabling and increasing the adoption of NavVis’ hardware and software within our customer base while ensuring customer success.
The exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in order to equip our customers to tap into the full potential of our solutions awaits you! With a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will oversee the customer onboarding process and support them throughout the adoption cycle to ensure they achieve the best possible results.

How would you like to spark curiosity in potential customers and leverage your expertise in sales to fuel our growth?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Texas and Oklahoma region for NavVis USA, and actively develop new customers and grow existing customer relationships in the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals. You will get to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve our products and go-to market approaches.

In this role, you will lead the establishment of NavVis’ digital twin solution within the U.S. Oil & Gas industry. Your primary focus will be on driving new business and developing the strategic playbook for your territory. NavVis, one of Germany’s most innovative startups, is seeking driven Business Development Specialists with an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) background. Join our growing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our US market presence!
In this role, you’ll leverage your AEC expertise to drive sales and connect with key players in industries like construction, engineering, and infrastructure. You’ll receive in-depth onboarding and training, allowing you to connect deeply with potential clients and progress your career. You’ll qualify and nurture leads, develop a strong regional pipeline, and work closely with Account Executives to showcase the value of NavVis solutions.
