About the Job
We’re looking for a HR Manager who doesn’t just manage people, but builds the culture that helps them thrive.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we hire, grow, and retain talent across a fast-moving, global company. You’ll ensure our systems are strong, our policies are practical, and our people feel supported without slowing down the pace that defines us.
Responsibilities

Own and build the overall people and culture strategy across all regions

Create and implement HR policies that are practical, scalable, and aligned with how the company operates

Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions

Design onboarding experiences that set employees up for success from day one
-
Lead performance management frameworks that are clear, fair, and growth-focused
-
Run exit processes and translate insights into meaningful retention improvements
-
Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation structures across markets
-
Oversee visa processes and global mobility requirements
-
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, team structure, and scaling decisions

Guide and oversee recruitment to ensure hiring is efficient and aligned with business goals

Build a strong internal culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex people-related matters
Requirements
-
5-7 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure in fast-paced or high-growth environments
-
Strong track record of building HR policies and systems from the ground up
-
Multi-country experience is a plus
-
Experience working across different cultures and geographies
-
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
-
Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both employees and leadership

Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and at an execution level

We’re seeking a driven Sales Manager with a solid understanding of the Israeli and U.S. startup landscape and a proven ability to engage and build relationships with founders and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a lead to securing a deal and turning them into long-term partners

Maintain accurate pipeline management data: accounts, opportunities and forecasts

Supporting the sales management team with building sales collateral

Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets

Cross sell leads with other products in the Nas Ecosystem

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and close deals effectively

Requirements:
The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to successfully hit and exceed targets!

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, from social media agencies - A MUST

Proven experience working in a fast paced B2B sales environment

Highly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successful gain client buy-in

Credible and competent individual capable of and record of working with Senior leadership in target accounts

Quick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly, driven to successfully hit and exceed targets

Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships

The Creative Strategist is the owner of a pod and is fully accountable for its creative, operational, and performance success.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, social media expertise, production execution, and people leadership. The Creative Strategist sees both the big picture and the smallest details. They are responsible for where the page is going, how it grows, and how the team delivers day to day.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Ownership and Strategy
The Creative Strategist leads the full creative direction for their accounts.
This includes:

Translating client goals and direction into a clear creative strategy.

Building a long-term content direction, not just individual videos.
-
Creating structured posting plans that serve a bigger narrative and growth vision.
-
Understanding storytelling deeply, ensuring every video is compelling, relevant, and clear.
-
Being the final creative approval for all content before publishing.
-
Ensuring high creative standards, no mistakes in storytelling, messaging, subtitles, or execution.
The CS is expected to think strategically about the page’s evolution, audience growth, and positioning, not only daily execution.

Social Media Expertise
The Creative Strategist is deeply fluent in social media trends and performance dynamics.
This includes:

Strong understanding of what works and what does not across platforms.

Ability to pivot quickly based on performance, trends, and audience response.

Constant exploration of new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches.

Making data-informed creative decisions without losing intuition and originality.

Production and Operations Ownership
The Creative Strategist owns everything related to production and delivery.
This includes:

Full responsibility for pod KPIs and output targets.

Ensuring content is delivered on time, consistently, and at high quality.

Optimizing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and output.
-
Pushing the team to go above and beyond where possible.
-
Coordinating all production elements, schedules, resources, and handoffs.

Escalating issues early and proactively when risks arise.
The CS ensures the pod runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

Team Management and Leadership
All pod members report directly to the Creative Strategist.
This includes:

Leading, mentoring, and developing team members.

Improving team skills, confidence, and creative thinking.

Creating a collaborative environment where the team operates as one unit.

Making sure each team member has what they need to succeed.

Addressing performance issues clearly and constructively.

Building a strong team culture focused on excellence and ownership.
The CS is accountable for both results and people.

Client Communication and Alignment
The Creative Strategist is the main point of contact for the client on content matters.
This includes:

Participating in a dedicated WhatsApp group with the client.

Presenting content plans and creative directions.

Receiving and managing client feedback.

Implementing feedback while protecting creative quality and strategic direction.

Ensuring ongoing alignment with client goals and expectations.

Accountability and Performance
The Creative Strategist is accountable for the overall success of the page.

Success is measured through clear KPIs related to growth, performance, and delivery.
