About the Role:

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in global product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality engineering.
• Experience with consumer electronics, connected/IoT devices, or juvenile products strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing international certifications and regulatory submissions.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party labs.
• Deep understanding of electrical safety, EMC, RF, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with children’s product safety requirements (CPSIA, ASTM standards preferred).
• Strong documentation discipline and experience maintaining Technical Files.
• Ability to assess regulatory risk and provide pragmatic, business-oriented guidance.

We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Business Systems that will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and operational health of our company’s core enterprise systems, including ERP, integrations, and operational technology platforms. Reporting into the tech department, this role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our third-party technical development team to ensure systems enable scalable, accurate, and efficient business operations. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined project management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of high impact 2026 systems initiatives, owning full cycle management from discovery and requirements gathering through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and final deployment 
• Monitor and maintain system health across NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, 3PL integrations, and Logicbroker, ensuring accurate data flow and seamless order processing

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with deep experience managing overseas manufacturing partners to support our fast-moving global operations. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our international suppliers—overseeing the production pipeline, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of both components and finished goods. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our global supply chain operates with accuracy, efficiency, and resilience.

• Act as the primary liaison with select overseas manufacturers, managing daily communications and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and escalating risks to cross function and leadership teams

As an AI Backend Team Leader at Nanit, you will own our AI infrastructure and backend engineering efforts, leading a team at the intersection of systems design and machine learning to build the engineering systems that turn Deep Learning and Computer Vision research into reliable, scalable production features.

Who You Are:

•  Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.

  • Production Systems and DevOps: Proven experience building high-scale, production-grade systems on a cloud platform (AWS preferred), with solid command of DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and observability.

You’ll lead a distributed team of QA engineers embedded in cross-functional squads. • Lead and mentor a QA team of 3-4 engineers distributed across product squads, ensuring alignment on testing standards, ownership, and best practices, including up to 50% hands-on

This is a paid freelance role as an independent contractor (not an employee of Nanit). Nanit will retain full rights to all content produced. 

What You'll Do:

• Produce 4–5 original, high-quality videos per month for Nanit’s social channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Join monthly virtual meetings with the Nanit social team to brainstorm, align on upcoming content/campaigns and share ideas.
• Execute creative briefs focused on key themes, product highlights, and storytelling angles.
• Regularly pitch fresh video concepts inspired by social listening, parenting trends, humor, and your own parenting journey — from baby sleep realities and baby milestones to toddler chaos and the evolving parent identity.
• Capture content that embodies the Nanit voice: smart, supportive, and genuine — showcasing the joys of parenting.
• Seamlessly weave Nanit products into stories when relevant, without hard-selling — just honest, relatable storytelling.

Who You Are:  

• At least 1 year of social media experience (professional or personal), including:
• Concepting and storyboarding video content
• Filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Proficiency with social editing apps like CapCut, TikTok, or similar
• A sharp understanding of trends, memes, and online parenting culture
• Comfortable appearing on camera and/or capturing family life authentically
• Skilled at maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
• Strong knowledge of video-first social best practices (hooks, CTAs, captions, etc.)
• Passion for parenting, tech, or lifestyle content
• This role is 100% remote
