The Custodian will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned area throughout The Chicago Theatre. This position will be responsible for the daily cleanliness of entire area as well as any daily or weekly special cleaning projects on a regular basis.

Who are we hiring?
As a Concession Associate at the Chicago Theater you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down your designated bar area. Count in and out all inventory items every shift. Serve snacks and beverages to guests in a timely and responsible manner. Maintain designated bar area clean and well stocked. Always promote positive guest/client experience and superior customer service. As a crucial member of our team, a Chicago Theatre Bartender may be requested to work a flexible schedule inclusive of early mornings, day & evening shifts (late evenings may be required), weekends, holidays and back to back events. All candidates must be available to work one third of the monthly shows scheduled. Additionally, a bartender may be assigned to an area where adverse temperature/weather conditions may affect them. This role requires Bartenders to stand for long periods of time and move freely throughout the property during their shift.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe, positive and guest-friendly environment for each event at The Chicago Theatre. As a Guest Services Supervisor you will supervise and coach front of house staff and ensure staff have working knowledge of all pertinent event information and emergency procedures. The role requires partnership across functions to complete shift responsibilities in a fast paced, and dynamic environment. Success in this role is demonstrated by an exceptional guest experience, a commitment to continuous learning and development, and achievement of business results. The Guest Services Supervisor will report into the Guest Services Manager.

As Event Security at the Chicago Theatre you will promote positive guest/client experiences during the beginning (ingress), middle of event and show departure (egress). An Event Security role is responsible for greeting the guest, searching bags and wading guests if they alarm on the magnetometers. Ensure the safety of guests, assisting with emergency or medical situations, and answering general questions regarding the event or the Chicago Theatre. As a crucial member of our team, a Chicago Event Security may be requested to work a flexible schedule inclusive of early mornings, day & evening shifts (late evenings may be required), weekends, holidays and back to back events. Additionally, an Event Security may be assigned to an area with adverse temperature/weather conditions such as observing the surroundings for any threats, directing guests in/out of the theater while being positioned outside of the building. This role requires Event Security to stand and move freely throughout the property during their shift.
