THE TEAM – CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Team with fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both privately held and publicly traded) on a variety of transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects leveraging OneStream XF. Team with leaders from across Highspring to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.
Your Impact
- Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle spanning requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Team with the leadership of the firm’s CPM practice helping to set and execute strategy, grow the practice, deepen the alliance relationship with OneStream, amplify our center of excellence, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.
- Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts.
- Ensure adherence to Highspring's delivery methodology, approach, standards, tools, and templates, while proactively identifying opportunities and developing solutions for continual improvement.
- Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
- Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, career development activities, and technical training.
- Collaborate with other Highspring services (e.g., target operating model, finance transformation, technical accounting, M&A, etc.) to engage as business partner and advisor to our clients.

At a minimum, you will have:
- 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
- 5+ addition years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other market leading CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs.
- 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
- Strong understanding of the functional business processes that CPM enables including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong perspective on CPM best practices.
- Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.
- OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience.
- Experience managing projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, resource management.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
Preferably, you will have:
- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or related field.
- Prior functional, industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification.
- CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications.

Your Impact
- As a Senior Consultant, you will be client-facing, responsible for translating clients’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for a variety of simple to complex CPM solutions and integrating architecture.
- Support the CPM practice in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
- Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended ‘best of breed’ solutions.
- Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
- Deliver on OneStream projects, meeting clients’ tactical and strategic requirements over a full project life cycle.
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities providing technical guidance to the project team and work with business and functions to map planning and budgeting, and reporting business requirements against OneStream applications leading practice design considerations.
- Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
- Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
- Continue to build expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
- Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
- Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients’ tactical and strategic requirements.
- Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
- Create model documentation, developing implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
- Deliver on OneStream projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other special projects over a full project life cycle.
- Conduct operational assessments to analyze our client's current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment in order to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.
- Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, and operations).
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities by providing technical guidance to project teams and developing material and conducting training for clients, technical, and non-technical audiences.
At a minimum, you will have:
- 2+ years of implementation experience with OneStream XF within professional services or industry.
- Close Consolidation and Budgeting process experience.

- Self-starter and able to function well as an individual or in a team.

- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, decision-making and the ability to work with all levels of management.

- Six Sigma or PMP.
- Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.

THE TEAM – ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of transformational enterprise performance management (EPM) projects leveraging market leading tools such as OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Team with leaders from across Highspring to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.
Your Impact
- As a Senior Consultant, you will be client-facing, responsible for translating clients’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for a variety of simple to complex CPM solutions and integrating architecture.
- Support the CPM practice in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
- Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended ‘best of breed’ solutions.
- Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
- Deliver on OneStream projects, meeting clients’ tactical and strategic requirements over a full project life cycle.

- Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
- Continue to build expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
- Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
- Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients’ tactical and strategic requirements.
- Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
- Create model documentation, developing implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
- Deliver on OneStream projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other special projects over a full project life cycle.
- Conduct operational assessments to analyze our client's current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment in order to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.
- Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, and operations).
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities by providing technical guidance to project teams and developing material and conducting training for clients, technical, and non-technical audiences.
At a minimum, you will have:
- 2+ years of implementation experience with OneStream XF within professional services or industry.
- Close Consolidation and Budgeting process experience.
- Data management and/or data architecture experience.
- Experience presenting to CXO suite.
- Self-starter and able to function well as an individual or in a team.

This role is designed for a technically grounded early-career professional who wants to help answer those questions alongside senior practitioners. What You Will Do

About the Role
We are building a differentiated advisory practice at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and security. As organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment, they face urgent questions: How do we govern AI responsibly? How do we secure agentic architectures? This role is designed for a technically grounded early-career professional who wants to help answer those questions alongside senior practitioners. You will work directly with the practice lead on client-facing engagements, contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks and tools, and build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of consulting.
This is not a traditional strategy consulting role, and it is not a pure engineering role. It sits at the intersection—you need to be comfortable reading Python, understanding how LLMs and agentic systems work, AND translating that knowledge into governance frameworks, risk assessments, and executive-ready deliverables. What You Will Do
Client Delivery (50–60%)
- Support the design and delivery of AI governance assessments for clients across industries, leveraging frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
- Conduct technical reviews of client AI systems, architectures, and deployments to identify governance gaps, security vulnerabilities, and risk exposure.
- Develop AI risk registers, control mappings, and maturity assessments tailored to each client’s organizational context and regulatory landscape.
- Prepare client-facing deliverables including assessment reports, executive briefings, implementation roadmaps, and policy recommendations.
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder interviews with client teams ranging from data scientists to C-suite executives.
Practice Development (25–30%)
- Help build and refine the practice’s proprietary AI governance and security framework, integrating industry standards with practical implementation experience.
- Research emerging AI risks, including those specific to agentic AI systems, LLM-based applications, MCP architectures, and AI supply chains.
- Develop reusable tools, templates, and accelerators (e.g., assessment questionnaires, control libraries, risk scoring models) to scale the practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership content: draft LinkedIn posts, white papers, blog articles, and conference presentation materials.
- Monitor regulatory and standards developments (EU AI Act, state-level AI legislation, ISO/IEC updates, OWASP LLM Top 10) and maintain a current knowledge base.
Technical Contribution (15–20%)
- Build proof-of-concept tools and demos using Python to illustrate governance and security concepts for clients (e.g., prompt injection demonstrations, model evaluation dashboards, automated compliance checks).

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: AI/ML engineering, data science, or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Working proficiency in Python and comfort navigating data science tooling (Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or equivalent).
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model training and evaluation, overfitting, bias-variance tradeoff.
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications: understanding of how large language models work (at minimum: tokenization, embeddings, attention, fine-tuning vs. RAG vs. prompt engineering).

- As a Senior Consultant, you will be client-facing, responsible for translating clients’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for a variety of simple to complex CPM solutions and integrating architecture.
- Support the CPM practice in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
- Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended ‘best of breed’ solutions.

We are building a differentiated advisory practice at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and security. As organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment, they face urgent questions: How do we govern AI responsibly? How do we secure agentic architectures? This role is designed for a technically grounded early-career professional who wants to help answer those questions alongside senior practitioners. You will work directly with the practice lead on client-facing engagements, contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks and tools, and build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of consulting.
This is not a traditional strategy consulting role, and it is not a pure engineering role. It sits at the intersection—you need to be comfortable reading Python, understanding how LLMs and agentic systems work, AND translating that knowledge into governance frameworks, risk assessments, and executive-ready deliverables. What You Will Do
Client Delivery (50–60%)
- Support the design and delivery of AI governance assessments for clients across industries, leveraging frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.
- Conduct technical reviews of client AI systems, architectures, and deployments to identify governance gaps, security vulnerabilities, and risk exposure.
- Develop AI risk registers, control mappings, and maturity assessments tailored to each client’s organizational context and regulatory landscape.
- Prepare client-facing deliverables including assessment reports, executive briefings, implementation roadmaps, and policy recommendations.
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder interviews with client teams ranging from data scientists to C-suite executives.
Practice Development (25–30%)
- Help build and refine the practice’s proprietary AI governance and security framework, integrating industry standards with practical implementation experience.
- Research emerging AI risks, including those specific to agentic AI systems, LLM-based applications, MCP architectures, and AI supply chains.
- Develop reusable tools, templates, and accelerators (e.g., assessment questionnaires, control libraries, risk scoring models) to scale the practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership content: draft LinkedIn posts, white papers, blog articles, and conference presentation materials.
- Monitor regulatory and standards developments (EU AI Act, state-level AI legislation, ISO/IEC updates, OWASP LLM Top 10) and maintain a current knowledge base.
Technical Contribution (15–20%)
- Build proof-of-concept tools and demos using Python to illustrate governance and security concepts for clients (e.g., prompt injection demonstrations, model evaluation dashboards, automated compliance checks).
- Evaluate and test AI platforms, tools, and vendor solutions from a governance and security perspective.
- Support the practice lead’s technical fluency development by preparing technical briefings, annotated code walkthroughs, and “translation” materials that bridge technical and executive audiences.
- Stay hands-on with AI/ML development trends: experiment with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI), RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: AI/ML engineering, data science, or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Working proficiency in Python and comfort navigating data science tooling (Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or equivalent).
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model training and evaluation, overfitting, bias-variance tradeoff.
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications: understanding of how large language models work (at minimum: tokenization, embeddings, attention, fine-tuning vs. RAG vs. prompt engineering).

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Your Impact
- Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.
- Work on NetSuite implementations that include design, system configuration and build, interface development, reports configuration and development, training, UAT and post go-live support.
- Lead project teams and be a primary liaison to our clients.
- Become fully engaged in deployment activities providing technical guidance to the project team.
- Engage with clients and colleagues on revenue recognition solution support.
- Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
- Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
- Perform in functional implementation role, managing end to end implementations within the NetSuite Practice.
- Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach.
- Perform project management activities.
At a minimum, you will have:
- Experienced performing full life cycle implementations as a consultant or in a lead role, including GL.
- 3+ years of experience with full life-cycle NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and support.
- NetSuite experience in Large/Complex/Global Multi-Subsidiary/One World Account Environments.
- Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
- Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
- Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
Preferably, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
- Experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
- Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
- Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow).
- Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community.
- CPA, PMP or MBA.
- Fluency in French preferred.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
