The Job: Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy. This role owns the end-to-end acquisition and portfolio performance strategy for US lending products, driving originations growth while optimizing credit performance through data-driven insights, testing, and cross-functional execution.

What You’ll Do

Product Development and Acquisition Strategy

• Own acquisition strategy across channels, including direct mail, digital, and affiliate
• Design and optimize test-and-learn frameworks to improve approval rates, CAC, and originations
• Partner with Risk to align acquisition strategy with credit performance targets

Performance Monitoring & Risk Management

• Own portfolio performance for all US lending products, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior business leaders
• Identify emerging risks, behavioral trends, customer needs, and operational signals across the customer journey

Strategic Insights & Thought Leadership

• Provide thought leadership on key topics such as the competitive landscape, market share, customer profile, macroeconomic trends, and product-specific performance
• Translate general business questions into analytic requirements and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to solve business problems

Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Retail, Risk, and Digital to track, monitor, and optimize acquisition performance, including campaigns, offers, and the application and onboarding funnel
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure changes meet policy, regulatory and control expectations

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Ability to understand and anticipate business needs and then independently execute
• The ability to effectively communicate analytically complex ideas into clear and concise insights and presentations

The Job: Product Manager, Credit Cards

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven manager to support the performance and growth of our credit card portfolio. This role is primarily focused on driving customer acquisition and early activation, while also supporting performance across the full customer lifecycle, including engagement and retention. You will work closely with partners across marketing, operations and retail to influence and deliver on key drivers at each stage of the customer journey. You will oversee key aspects of the product experience—from design and customer journey through to operational execution and financial outcomes—within a fast-paced retail financial services environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve performance across the business. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Own and drive key portfolio performance levers, with a focus on customer acquisition and early activation. Drive customer acquisition strategies in partnership with marketing and retail, including campaign development, targeting, and channel optimization across retail and digital. 
• Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from top-of-funnel applications through to approval and activation. 
• Oversee and optimize welcome offers, SPIFFs and promotional strategies to ensure strong acquisition quality and early customer behavior. 
• Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-offs, diagnose root causes, and implement data-driven recommendations to improve conversion, approval rates, and early customer engagement. 
• Drive customer engagement strategies to increase spend per active account, leveraging the loyalty program and partnering closely with Marketing, Retail and Operations to deliver targeted campaigns and offers. 
• Identify opportunities to enhance ongoing customer engagement through data-driven insights, optimizing usage behaviors across the lifecycle. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support ongoing spend stimulation initiatives, including credit limit increases (CLIs) and loyalty accelerator programs, ensuring alignment with portfolio performance objectives. 
• Work closely with retail teams, including store associates, Store Managers, and District Managers, to drive in-store performance and execution. 
• Lead initiatives to improve frontline effectiveness, including training, tools, messaging, and incentive alignment.

The Job: Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will design and optimize user journeys that improve conversion and accessibility across Money Mart’s web and mobile acquisition experiences.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Conduct user research, map user journeys, and identify friction in sign-up, application flows and account management.
• Design responsive UI flows for mobile and desktop web, with an emphasis on usability and accessibility.
• Spend time developing automation functionalities within the design process for the team, utilizing AI tools. Could be related to research flows, Figma builds, Asana tasks management.
• Use and contribute to the design system (ZeroHeight) to ensure consistent, scalable solutions.
• Present work, document design rationale, and support handoff to development teams.

What You Bring:

• Proficient in Figma, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (or equivalent) for funnel analysis.

The Job: Senior Director, Fee Products

The Senior Director, Fee Products is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the company’s fee-based products (Cheque Cashing, Foreign Exchange, Money Transfer & Money Movement).  This role drives product innovation, enhances customer experiences, and achieves business growth through effective product strategies.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Product Strategy & Growth
  • Work with the Innovation Lab on development of the fee-based products roadmap by determining the 3-year strategy for the evolution of Money Mart’s product and services suite in North America.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development initiatives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and help to ideate and execute on new product launches.
  • Create annual strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and risk and leverage data and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and prioritize feature development
  • Work with marketing and partners to drive customer count and revenue

• Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
  • Focus on optimizing the customer experience by enhancing lending product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.

  • Maximize portfolio revenue and profitability by managing the P&L.

  • Work with direct reports and compliance to ensure lending products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
