Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist in Allentown, PA to support the office’s advisors and their clients, while also performing general administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive client service for the firm’s clients and support for advisors. This includes corresponding with clients (electronically and verbally), opening accounts), facilitating asset transfers, processing money movements, drafting letters of instruction, liaising with custodians, accountants, and other professionals, etc.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of work, including documenting, completing, and tracking completion of client related tasks and properly updating system software with client and other related information
• Initiate workflow processes and ensure that checklists are generated and completed for meetings.  This includes onboardings, comprehensive reviews, discovery meetings, terminations, etc.
• Prepare for client meetings.  This includes generating reports and any other documents advisors may need for their meeting. May attend client meetings in a technical, supporting or learning role
• Monitor client account activity, research and resolve issues, and follow-through to ensure client’s needs are met
• Oversee conference room calendars
• Screen and direct all inbound calls and take messages as needed; greet and accommodate guests
• Manage all tasks pertaining to the office environment including tracking/ordering supplies, organizing company documents, and maintaining office appearance
• Assist with planning and coordination of client events
• Provide real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing calendar conflicts; oversee the calendar for the wealth management team
• Organize, scan and maintain all client paperwork
• Assist in greeting clients and visitors, screening and transferring calls, and scheduling meetings
• Multi-task, organize and complete all other projects as assigned by management, prioritize projects, client needs and office procedures
• Consistently maintain a high standard of client service
• Preserve client confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree, at a minimum
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an RIA firm or financial services field
• Intermediate finance and custodian knowledge
• Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Advisor in Allentown, PA that will be responsible for managing select client relationships while collaborating with and supporting colleagues who oversee additional client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Financial Advisor position is a role that requires leadership of some client relationships and the support of colleagues who are leading other client relationships
• When supporting colleagues who are leading other client relationships
  • Develop customized comprehensive financial plans focused on cash flow, tax, investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, executive compensation, and risk management
  • Administer and coordinate the ongoing needs of client relationships. Specific responsibilities include responding to client inquires, completion of research and tasks, taking of meeting and call notes, and communicating with team members
  • Collaborate with investment team to provide input on client specific circumstance as cash-flow needs and manage client portfolios tax-loss harvesting
• As a leader of client relationships:
  • Build deep relationships with clients, while coordinating the implementation and ongoing management of their financial plans
  • Act as a leader; facilitating communication and cooperation amongst departments and team members
  • Lead client meetings with relevant team member(s)
• At all times:
  • Foster new business development opportunities to help the firm grow
  • Act as a team leader; mentor and coach other team members to encourage teamwork and professional development
  • Can maintain relationships with 60-100 client families each with wide ranging needs and preferences
  • Be well-organized and have a scrupulous attention to detail
  • Reliably follows through with agreed upon short-term and long-term planning items
  • Be able to multitask and keep many balls in the air

• CFP or CFA certification
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a wealth management-related or financial services field
• Coaching and/or leadership experience with a team of advisors is desirable

• Proficient with analyzing client financial priorities, preparing client recommendations and delivering advice
