Art Director

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of all visuals for your teams. All stages of the pipeline. All aspects of the work (illustrations, textures, characters, UI/UX, tech art, animations, particles, style guides, icons, …)
- Drive and derive the vision of our product owners
- Manage a team of talented artists
- Collaborate effectively with other department leaders
- Champion our culture, processes, and styles
- Facilitate timeliness, quality, and flexibility
- Be comfortable managing external partners (if/when appropriate)

Qualifications for Position:
- Onsite in Irvine studio, Tuesday & Wednesday
- 12+ years experience as an artist, art manager, or art leader
- Games experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Mobile game experience is a plus, not a requirement
- 3+ years managing artists
- Deep expertise with 2D art, illustrations, icons, and/or UI/UX
- Expert knowledge of standard tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- A growth mindset—willing to become a stronger leader
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to operate at director level with other senior leaders

Senior Technical Artist

Lead Growth Product Marketing Manager
MobilityWare is looking for a Lead Growth Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team!

Responsibilities:
- Own your titles!
- Conduit between UA, Admon & Product teams that drives effective collaboration around major game updates, audience and creative insights, and overall game health
- Monitoring Title performance weekly
- Manage strategic initiatives for creative marketing, user acquisition, cross promotion, app store optimization, and experimental marketing
- Manage research, development, testing, and analysis of UA and ASO creatives
- Lead creative brainstorming, and refine a systematic approach to the development of new creative ideas
- Work with ASO manager to create a roadmap that incorporates learnings from performance creatives
- Take a metrics-driven approach to creative iteration and localization
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. UA, Product, Analytics) to bolster the capabilities of our marketing processes and platforms, and define new product positioning and maximize competitive potential at launch
- Monitor and analyze creative and campaign data to uncover strategic insights, connections, and drive creative iteration
- Conduct audience and competitor research to define product positioning and test new creative strategies, and constantly be a source of knowledge in regards to competitor trends and industry marketing methodology
- Work with Associate Director of Creative Marketing to evaluate and propose new strategic partnerships for the studio
Qualifications for Position:
- The right candidate brings demonstrated experience in go-to-market planning and execution, exceptional project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity
- 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategy and working within a marketing organization
- 3+ years of experience in apps or entertainment industry marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming space with proven success developing and optimizing marketing creatives
- Demonstrated success in product positioning, creative and media strategies, analysis and trends, and a broad understanding of related marketing fields
- Experience leading high scale apps/products including asset development, messaging, and marketing strategy
- Proven understanding of research and testing methodologies
- Experience with ASO is ideal for this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strength in using Excel and rockstar at using Powerpoint
- Experience working with agencies and designers
- Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate people within the team as well as across the org
- Good creative and aesthetic judgment
- In-depth knowledge of the games and entertainment industries as an active mobile gamer with the ability to deconstruct the competition

Senior Product Manager
Do you love spreadsheets and what data tells you about your customers? We need a curious, data-focused Senior Product Manager to help inform the studio’s flagship production team.
The perfect candidate will understand the casual game market, have a passion for building great games, and be focused on delighting the customer. You will love data – what the customer is doing, when they are doing it, and why. You will work and train as a Product Owner to own features and new game development under the Director of Product to help guide the production team.
This position will work with game teams supporting an existing suite of Card and Parlor games that include some of the most played games in the world. The right candidate will work with the DOP and Product Owners to provide customer insight, create sound AB tests, and influence future features and game titles through their analysis of the competitive landscape. They will gain actionable feedback and transform it to successful results.
As a Senior Product Manager you will understand and own end-to-end delivery for major game systems or feature groups. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines to refine specs, drive timelines, and assess impact. Understand how to measure success through KPI performance on how it relates to the business goals. Senior PMs understand feature Expected Outcomes and how to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and care deeply about our players and team
- Align stakeholders on priorities and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Continually analyze many sources of data to find new insights and opportunities
- Help provide insight into critical KPI’s such as games played, retention and revenue
- Work with data analysts to define events and event parameters, and create statistically sound AB Tests

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in game development (Online, Console, or Mobile)

Solutions Engineer
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver innovative technical solutions that solve real-world problems. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technical implementations, ensuring seamless integrations and successful deployments.
You’ll help drive partner success and contribute to the growth of the organization by delivering solutions that create meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Guide partners through the implementation of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during integration, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support to maintain and enhance partner satisfaction
- Proactively monitor and respond to partner issues.
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to define features around successful Ad partner integration and monitoring.
- You'll provide technical support and account management in conjunction with building specs and release feedback
- Work with clients and partners to implement and maintain integrations
- Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and define, test, and roll out new features to our platform
- Work closely with the product team to improve partner success across our platform
- Develop and maintain internal tools to monitor partner health.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into platform usage
- Troubleshooting system errors and escalates internally within the team. Gather partner logs and analyze with internal data.
Qualifications for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering or technical equivalent roles.
- Strong coding experience in Java, Objective-c, Java script
- Ability to design and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution prototypes.
- Demonstrate a clear ability to digest complex technical documentation.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, logical, and results-oriented skills preferred
- Demonstrable portfolio of cross-functional team orientation, alignment, evolution and self-study
- Working knowledge of common tool sets and industry terms such as POSTMAN, URL editors/parsers, XML, JSON
- Expertise with data tools like Athena, RDS, Snowflake, SQL is must have
Preferred Qualifications:
- AdTech and Ad Operations experience with OpenRTB/VAST/PMP in the portfolio is strongly desired.
- Experience in AdTech/MarTech at a top-line publisher, AdTech, MarTech, DSP, SSP, Ad Network or Ad Agency preferably as a Solutions or Integrations Engineer
