Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Programmatic Trader / Trading Manager to drive the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns. This role plays a critical part in delivering performance, strategic insights, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs and performance targets

- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to develop data-driven media plans, audience strategies, and actionable campaign recommendations

- Provide technical expertise, including pixel implementation, tracking setup, and MMP attribution integration (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)

- Continuously optimize campaigns using advanced trading strategies to improve efficiency, ROI, and cost performance

- Analyze campaign data to generate insightful reports and strategic recommendations for both internal teams and clients

- Collaborate with global teams to successfully execute cross-market and cross-border campaigns

- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging programmatic technologies

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Yahoo DSP, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft DSP (Xandr)

- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, tools, and solutions

- Demonstrated experience in one or more verticals such as e-commerce, gaming, mobile apps, or DTC, with a track record of delivering measurable campaign success

- Solid analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally

- Strong written and spoken English proficiency

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure

Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Assistant

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator/Assistant to support our Sales and BD team in Hong Kong in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in coordinating sales activities, supporting media planning, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales and our internal teams (Account Management, Trading, and DnA and other cross function teams).

Based in Hong Kong, this position offers the opportunity to work alongside talented senior managers and directors. 

What you’ll do

Sales Support & Media Planning

• Assist the Sales and BD team with daily tasks, including coordination of client meetings, events, media planning, and preparing sales reports.
• Support the preparation and coordination of client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Respond to client and agency inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional service and accurate information delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Traders, DnA team to turn briefs into media plans that are commercially sound and suitable for the Hong Kong market.
• Track sales opportunities in the pipeline and support follow-ups to open new business with direct clients and agencies together with the Business Development Director in HK.

Market & Solution Development

• Explore and work with Sales and Product teams to develop and localize solutions for the Hong Kong market, including packaging, positioning and go-to-market materials.
• Gather feedback from clients, agencies, and internal teams to refine MiQ solutions so they better fit local needs and KPIs.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update customer and pipeline databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Track sales and campaign metrics and generate regular reports to support the team in identifying trends and opportunities.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a liaison between the Sales team and internal departments (Account Management, Trading, DnA, Marketing) to ensure smooth workflows and timely execution of deliverables.
• Coordinate follow-ups with clients on behalf of the Sales team to nurture relationships and support business development efforts.
• Manage internal communications related to sales initiatives and updates.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline sales and pre-sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

What you will need

1. Experience & Industry Knowledge
• 3+ years of working experience in digital/media, ideally in a media planning or sales support role (agency or publisher/ad-tech).
• Practical media planning experience across digital channels (e.g. display, video, social) and familiarity with typical KPIs and benchmarks.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and major platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs, and adtech tools).
2. Sales & Customer Support
• Ability to support the sales team with reports, lead management, and follow-ups.
• Strong customer service skills to handle client and agency inquiries.
• Proactive approach to resolving customer or internal team issues.
3. Organization & Time Management
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask across multiple briefs and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, timelines, and internal reviews.
4. Communication & Teamwork
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to liaise with both clients and internal technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
5. Proactiveness & Problem-Solving

The role acts as a bridge between the UK and China finance teams, this role will be responsible for delivering financial operational services to Hong Kong companies and supporting China offshore business. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role demands a solid foundation in financial expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITITES

Your main responsibilities will include:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Collaborate closely with UK Central Finance and China Mainland Finance teams to prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for the Hong Kong entity
• Support the month-end closing process, the year-end tax filing and financial audits

Company Secretarial & Payments

• Manage the company secretarial functions for the Hong Kong company, including maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Review and apply for the company payment requests

Outbound Business Support

• Handle invoicing and payment tracking for China outbound business, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions

China Payment Support

• Assist the mainland China finance team with payment application 

Ad-hoc Support

• Provide support on other finance-related or administrative/HR tasks as needed.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably generalist in small and medium sized companies
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and local accounting regulations 
• Experience with company secretarial functions is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
