We are seeking a highly technical, visionary, and customer-centric Field CTO to act as our premier technical ambassador. In this role, you will bridge the gap between MinIO’s engineering innovation and the strategic business needs of our largest, most complex enterprise customers.
As a Field CTO, you will engage in peer-to-peer conversations with enterprise C-suites (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and lead architectural discussions with principal engineers. A deep, hands-on understanding of modern AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, deep learning pipelines) and modern analytics data systems (Iceberg, Delta Lake, Trino, Spark) is mandatory. You will not only evangelize MinIO’s capabilities but also act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations architect their data infrastructure to support next-generation workloads.

We are seeking a VP of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to lead our integrated marketing and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to founders and sales leadership.
In this role, you will set the strategy, execute the programs, and continuously optimize how we identify high-value accounts, engage senior decision-makers and buying committees, and help sales win faster. You'll own the full funnel: awareness through closed revenue. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and executional, creative and analytical, with deep experience marketing to CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and other senior technical buyers — and a track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content & Social Marketing who is equally at home architecting a six-month content strategy and rolling up their sleeves to draft a blog post, write a video script, or redesign how we show up on LinkedIn. This is a builder role: you will own MinIO's content and social presence end-to-end, setting direction, creating the work, measuring outcomes, and iterating fast.
You are a strong writer and editor who can translate deeply technical concepts — object storage, AI pipelines, distributed systems and infrastructure — into narratives that are clear, compelling, and credible to a technical audience. You are also a skilled operator who can manage a content calendar, a lean budget, a small toolkit of AI-assisted tools, and a measurement framework that ties every initiative back to business impact.
