National Sales Director
The National Sales Director (NSD) will serve as a senior field leader responsible for building and leading a high-performing commercial organization across a large U.S. geography in support of Mineralys’ first product launch. This role will lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and their sales teams, ensuring flawless launch execution, strong customer engagement, and achievement of business objectives.
The NSD will act as a strategic business partner to the VP of Sales and cross-functional leadership team, helping shape launch strategy, field execution plans, talent development, and organizational culture. Manager, Marketing Capabilities & Operations
As we prepare for our first commercial launch, we are seeking an experienced marketing operations professional who is energized by the opportunity to build from the ground up and establish foundational process capabilities.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Capabilities & Operations, the Manager will play a critical role in enabling Mineralys Therapeutics’ first commercial launch. The Manager will help lead the day-day operational activities of the PRC (Promotional Review Committee) process to support the successful launch of lorundrostat.
This position helps manage material workflows, ensures that materials move efficiently through concept review, internal routing, regulatory/legal/medical review, and final deployment while maintaining compliance with process standards
The Manager will work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality submissions and timely review of materials in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial launch environment.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Director, Sales Training & Effectiveness will lead the strategy and execution of sales training and field effectiveness initiatives to ensure launch readiness and commercial performance. This role is responsible for shaping the field capability strategy—translating brand strategy into clear training priorities, defining field excellence standards, and enabling effective sales execution through onboarding, ongoing development, and performance optimization.
This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep experience in sales training and commercial effectiveness, including launch planning, field onboarding, capability development, performance measurement, and cross‑functional leadership. Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role is a hybrid position that combines senior-level administrative partnership with hands-on marketing coordination and team operations leadership. The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Marketing while also serving as a key contributor to the execution of Mineralys’ marketing initiatives as the organization prepares for launch.

As we prepare for our first commercial launch, we are seeking an experienced marketing leader who is energized by the opportunity to build from the ground up, establish foundational capabilities, and shape the promotional medical education strategy for a best‑in‑class launch.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director, HCP Marketing & Thought Leader Engagement will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for defining and executing Mineralys’ promotional medical education and thought leader strategy across medical congresses, KOL engagement, advisory boards, speaker programs, and promotional medical education. This person will serve as the commercial lead for LCM planning and work cross-functionally to provide strategic insight into unmet needs, real world gaps, and future areas of opportunity.
This role plays a critical launch role establishing Mineralys within the cardio renal metabolic (CRM) and hypertension communities. We are seeking a leader with deep pharmaceutical marketing expertise, ideally with chronic care and launch experience, to ensure all engagement activities support pre-launch efforts, inform brand strategy, and accelerate launch readiness.
The ideal candidate can operate strategically while executing with precision in a lean, fast‑moving, launch‑focused environment.
