The Opportunity

As we scale our go-to-market motion, we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to power the systems, data, and processes that keep our Sales and Customer Success teams running at their best.

In this role, you'll own the operational engine behind our revenue teams — managing HubSpot, building dashboards, streamlining workflows, and ensuring our contracts and invoicing processes are tight and efficient. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, making an impact that's felt every day across the org.

What You’ll Do

Contract Preparation & Support

• Prepare, review, and process contracts, order forms, and renewal agreements for Sales and Customer Success teams
• Track contract status through the sales and renewal cycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed

CRM Data Management (HubSpot)

• Perform data validation and quality audits within HubSpot across contacts, companies, and deal records
• Support internal user training for Sales and Customer Success teams on HubSpot best practices

Dashboard & Reporting

• Build and maintain sales and CS dashboards in HubSpot tracking pipeline health, quota attainment, and renewal rates
• Respond to data requests from Sales, CS, and leadership with timely and accurate analysis
• Conduct sales cycle analyses, win/loss reviews, and rep productivity assessments
• Monitor data quality to ensure dashboard accuracy and reliability

Process Improvement

• Evaluate current sales and renewal workflows and identify opportunities for automation or standardization
• Implement improvements using HubSpot workflows, sequences, and integrations to streamline the sales/renewal cycle
• Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs

Invoicing

• Issue and follow up on outstanding invoices via AR management system (Upflow)
• Communicate with customers via email on collections and work with Sales/Customer Success to resolve outstanding balances

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
• Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — data management, workflows, reporting, and sequences
• An analytical mindset with experience turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to contracts, data hygiene, and invoicing
• A process-oriented approach — you spot inefficiencies and follow through on fixing them
• Clear written communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings
• Some familiarity with AR or invoicing tools is a plus (we use Upflow)
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment with a high degree of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or tech company supporting a quota-carrying sales team
• Familiarity with community platforms, creator economy, or membership-based businesses
• Experience with HubSpot integrations (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, or billing tools)

The Role

As a Community Strategist, you’ll work with our premium Mighty Pro customers to help them create deeply engaging community experiences that lead to powerful outcomes.

You will lead workshops, co-create launch strategies, and shape the early member experience for some of the world’s boldest and most influential Hosts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both structured systems and creative problem-solving, and is excited to model excellence, mentor peers, and scale success through repeatable frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during their onboarding phase as they set up their Network in the way that leads to maximum member adoption, engagement, and retention. 
• Facilitate impactful workshops with Hosts and their teams that establish strong foundations in community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy.
• Deliver targeted training on feature utilization, member onboarding flows, and tactical programming to drive adoption, activation, and retention.
• Provide creative input and feedback on brand elements like landing pages, welcome experiences, email sequences, and network messaging to ensure a cohesive and compelling member journey.
• Own the development and delivery of strategic Community Design Plans—including network architecture, monthly themes, onboarding flows, and launch programming calendars.
• Collaborate closely with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams, providing timely information and handling lightweight setup tasks directly where appropriate.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence in the execution of space configuration, access structure, and end-to-end member experience.
• Maintain regular updates to internal stakeholders on Host performance, needs, risks, and outcomes—contributing to visibility and cross-functional alignment.
• Contribute to shared knowledge across the Customer Success team by capturing and scaling best practices, identifying emerging trends, and improving playbooks.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of client-facing experience, ideally working with strategic accounts or supporting 5–6 figure engagements in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused business. 
• 2+ years experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting

• Own interview scheduling and logistics across all open roles—technical and non-technical—ensuring a smooth, timely process from first screen to final round.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering clear communication and a world-class experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions on track, flag bottlenecks, and maintain momentum across the hiring pipeline.
• Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and timely updates at every stage.
• Coordinate and support interview panels, including preparing interviewers with role-specific information, scorecards, and debrief logistics.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and modern recruiting technology to automate scheduling, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Generate and distribute recruiting reports and dashboards to give hiring teams visibility into pipeline health and key metrics.

People Operations

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letter preparation, background checks, equipment provisioning, and Day 1 logistics.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and people data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support benefits administration by fielding employee questions, coordinating open enrollment, and liaising with benefits providers.
• Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access removal, and knowledge transfer coordination.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team events, all-hands meetings, celebrations, and culture programs.
• Track and manage people operations workflows including leave requests, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgments.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of People Ops policies, handbooks, and internal resources.

You’ll be embedded in a small, independent squad tasked with ensuring Host success from the start of their free trial through their first 60 days:  

• Ensuring a magical first experience for our Hosts. 
• Establishing a Host journey that offers instant value, and wins early and often. 
• Integrating our unique Mighty AI Cohost as a partner in getting them extraordinary results faster and more easily than any platform’s requirements without it.
• Testing and iterating our way to the optimal personalized experiences given their goals. 
• Sequencing the most valuable notifications and reminders to help more Hosts and their members unlock the power of human community in an age of AI.  

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design of the Host experience from free trial creation through Day 60, including onboarding flows, upgrade moments, and retention touchpoints.

Maintain a living, documented system of all conversion and onboarding flows in Figma — current state, active tests, and archived experiments — so anyone on the team can see what's true right now.

Design and ship prototypes and experiments rapidly. 

Partner with the Mighty AI Cohost team to design how AI shows up for new Hosts in ways that feel magical and get them extraordinary results.

Qualifications

You've designed onboarding, conversion, or activation flows for a consumer or prosumer product and can walk us through what you shipped, what you tested, and what moved.

You're equally fluent in Figma and building prototypes for rapid discovery and communication. You document flows, maintain component systems, and keep things current without being asked.

You're comfortable with data. You don't need to write SQL, but you look at experiment results and they change what you design next.

You can work fast and loose on a test, but polish what ships. You know when each is appropriate.

You have strong opinions on what makes a first experience feel magical, not just functional.

Reporting directly to Mighty’s co-founder and Chief Product Officer, this entrepreneurial role will be responsible for the continued acceleration of Mighty’s self-service plan growth. 

You’ll lead a small, independent squad tasked with ensuring Host success from the start of their free trial through their first 60 days:  

• Ensuring a magical first experience for our Hosts. 
• Establishing a Host journey that offers instant value, and wins early and often. 
• Integrating our unique Mighty AI Cohost as a partner in getting them extraordinary results faster and more easily than any platform’s requirements without it.
• Testing and iterating our way to the optimal personalized experiences given their goals. 
• Sequencing the most valuable notifications and reminders to help more Hosts and their members unlock the power of human community in an age of AI.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Host experience from Mighty Network creation to Day 60 in all of its possible iterations and flows to unlock extraordinary success for more people. 

Drive the pricing, packaging, value, and segmentation of Mighty’s self-service plans. 

Manage the priorities and results for a small, independent squad of product designers and engineers to build and deploy product experiences and rapidly iterate on results of testing and experiences.  

Like all Mighty Squads, utilize the latest AI tools, workflows, and analytics to deliver exception quality software and build magical experiences for our Hosts.

Qualifications

You have direct experience running a growth squad for consumer or prosumer subscription applications.

You can point to specific outcomes that you led independently and insights you unlocked through rapid testing and iteration. 

You can share with us the ways you’ve led teams and worked independently based on mission and mandate, not close management.

You are comfortable working directly with data. You can build your own queries, define your own metrics, and run your own experiments. SQL is a plus.

You think holistically about problems and take full ownership of outcomes. You don’t wait for clean lines between teams to get something done.

You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with ambiguity and clear upside for achieving outcomes.

You have outstanding communication skills and prioritize effective cross-functional coordination.
