The Associate Digital Marketing Manager (Social & Growth) owns and optimizes key digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms. This role plays a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and conversion through effective campaign execution, audience segmentation and performance optimization. The role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across all marketing channels
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Own and execute the social content and promotional calendar across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities. Drive audience growth through consistent, high-quality content and platform-specific strategies. Mezzetta is seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead the Olives & Peppers categories, our two largest and highest performing businesses. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for category-leading brands and a clear opportunity to shape their next phase of growth. This position is based in the Mezzetta Larkspur office just north of San Francisco.
This position owns the direction of the business, setting priorities that drive sustained growth and continued category leadership. The role defines how the categories compete and grow, then drives action across the organization to deliver against those priorities and move the business forward.
The scope spans the full business, from defining how the categories compete and grow to driving alignment across Sales, Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain. It requires strong judgment, a clear point of view, and the ability to align the organization behind the growth drivers that define success.

This position owns the direction of the business, setting priorities that accelerate growth and strengthen the brand’s position in category. This Brand Manager will define where to compete, how to win, and what it will take to stand out, then drive action across the organization to deliver against those priorities.
The scope spans the full business, from sharpening brand positioning and driving demand to expanding distribution and building a disciplined innovation pipeline. It requires a strategic, creative, and competitive leader who can move with speed, make sound decisions, and keep the organization focused on the growth drivers that matter most.

The Associate Food Technologist role will support the development of new products and processes, evaluate and improve the quality of existing products and review their current processes for optimization. The Associate Food Technologist will support R&D, quality, operations, procurement and technical services with projects related to product and process improvement. This entry level position is an amazing opportunity to work in a newly built test kitchen with lots of room for growth.
The R&D department’s internal customers are Sales, Marketing, Procurement & Manufacturing. Marketing and R&D work together in the development of Mezzetta’s food products. Both departments often work hand in hand to develop a product that will be predictive of its success in the market. Manufacturing is the department’s most important customer. R&D, in this regard, seeks to refine and improve existing manufacturing processes, or to develop new and better ways of making the product. With input from manufacturing, R&D has the potential to reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
