Position summary:

Position Summary:
The Vice President AI Model Validation with extensive big-bank experience, strong technical expertise, and proven capabilities in model risk management, risk reporting, and large-scale data management, will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s Model Risk Management framework in compliance with regulatory guidance (e.g., SR 11-7). This individual will be well-versed in regulatory requirements, model governance frameworks, and secure data practices, enabling a more resilient, compliant, and value-added risk management function. Position summary:
As the Compliance Ethics & Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for administering the bank’s ethics compliance program. This role ensures the bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations while promoting a strong culture of integrity, customer fairness, and accountability. This position is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, Legal, business lines, and senior management.

You will support the CCO and other Compliance Advisory teams in ensuring the bank’s compliance with banking and consumer protection regulations. You'll support the development and implementation of compliance management system (CMS) strategies within our bank. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of Associate Legal Counsel - Litigation, the Senior Paralegal - Legal Service of Process and Discovery serves as the senior operational and subject‑matter lead for the Bank’s end‑to‑end handling of legal process and supports most discovery matters. Position Summary:
The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager is the primary contact for established borrowing clients. Under the general direction of the department head and its Commercial Lenders, this position’s primary responsibilities include all aspects of portfolio management as it relates to assigned portfolio loans together with the cross selling of Bank products and services. The ACH Electronic Payment Associate is responsible for processing, monitoring, and reconciling Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. About the role:

Position Summary:
The Vice President, Allowance for Credit Losses (“ACL”) with strong technical expertise, and proven capabilities in model risk management, financial reporting, and data management, will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s Allowance for Credit Loss framework in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory guidance (e.g., SR 11-7). This position provides exposure to MCB’s Finance function and Management Committee governing the ACL. The VP will be expected to meaningfully contribute to projects and tasks while working closely with teams across the Bank including Accounting, Treasury, Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit. Specific responsibilities include the continuous evaluation and monitoring of the suitability of the Bank’s third party ACL models, as well as managing the quarterly production cycle that involves data collection, analyzing and challenging key inputs and quarterly results, preparing results for presentation to management committees, peer analysis, and documentation of internal controls.
The successful candidate for this role will be a proactive and analytical individual with a solid understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
