Overview
We are seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cloud security and a strong capability in DevOps practices. This role will focus on developing secure, scalable infrastructure and automating processes to ensure high availability within our Azure environments. You will act as a bridge between security and operations, leading efforts to secure and optimize our systems while ensuring robust observability, monitoring, and proactive incident management.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure and Security Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure in Azure, integrating security best practices across the stack. Manage CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security, including Azure Policy enforcement and VM image hardening.
- SRE and DevOps Practices: Partner with the infrastructure team to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems. Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and automation tools to ensure excellent system observability.
- Incident Response and Resilience: Lead security incident response efforts within the Azure ecosystem. Develop and maintain security incident response playbooks and automate responses to minimize impact and recovery time.

Implement security policies within CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure software delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams to improve security practices across infrastructure and applications. Provide expertise on container security, role management, and policy enforcement within development workflows.
- Automation and Tooling: Develop automation scripts and workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Python to streamline security and operational tasks. Drive initiatives to reduce manual intervention and enhance system reliability and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years in cloud security and SRE/DevOps roles, with a focus on Azure environments.
- Strong automation skills with Terraform and Bash scripting; Python and Terragrunt are a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Proficiency in Azure technologies, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure API Management, Key Vault, Azure App Configuration, and Logic Apps.
- SQL and NoSQL knowledge, including Azure SQL, Azure Cache for Redis, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Familiarity with Azure Governance, including Blueprints, policies, tagging, cost management, and savings plans.
- Strong monitoring knowledge, especially in Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Datadog.
- CI/CD skills in GitHub Actions and similar technologies.
- Networking proficiency, including Azure Front Door, Azure WAF, Cloudflare, Azure Firewall, and Azure VNet.
- Cloud Architecture & Design: Ability to develop secure, scalable, and highly available multi-region Azure cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of .NET, Istio, Helm, KEDA, Dapr, and ArgoCD is a plus.

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own the quality engineering function end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for designing automation frameworks, setting standards, and embedding quality into every step of the development lifecycle. As a core member of the team, you will not be a seat at the back of the sprint, but will work closely with engineers, product, and design to ship reliable, production-grade Web3 experiences. What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain robust end-to-end test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright.
- Design test strategies that cover the full stack: UI, API, smart contract interactions, and wallet flows
- Write and maintain tests for Web3-specific user journeys including wallet connection, transaction signing, contract interactions, and on-chain state verification
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and own the health of those pipelines
- Leverage AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate test authoring and framework development, and bring strong opinions on how to do this well
- Identify gaps in test coverage, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive continuous improvement

Who You Are
Automation Expertise

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$250,000 in San Francisco and New York. The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. Overview
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own the quality engineering function end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for designing automation frameworks, setting standards, and embedding quality into every step of the development lifecycle. As a core member of the team, you will not be a seat at the back of the sprint, but will work closely with engineers, product, and design to ship reliable, production-grade Web3 experiences. - Architect, build, and maintain robust end-to-end test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and own the health of those pipelines

Automation Expertise

Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) with a strong background in building modern web applications and scalable backend systems. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative software solutions, including integrating Web3 functionality such as wallet connections, signing flows, and on-chain/off-chain interactions. - Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
- Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components.

Who You Are
- 5-7+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.
- Familiar with DeFi primitives (e.g., DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms) and how they work in real systems.
- Experience with some combination of:
- Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
- Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
- Smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.
- Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).
- Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, as long as you have shipped Web3-enabled systems in production and want to expand your scope over time.

Overview
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a global team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of our products. You will implement and drive the adoption of best engineering practices, promote a culture of continuous innovation and foster an innovative and highly accountable mindset amongst the team. Your leadership will be key to scale our high-performing team while navigating the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and scope. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize launches and requirements.
- Set engineering standards and practices to ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Foster a culture of code quality, performance, and security.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Go-To-Market teams to define and execute on product roadmaps. Contribute to the technical design and architecture of the platform.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
- Actively participate in ongoing recruiting efforts in recruiting top-tier engineering talent.
- Collaborate with HR on performance management, training and development.
- Lead efforts in scaling backend services, optimizing for performance, availability, and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
- A security first mindset: with good knowledge of common security concepts such as AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption etc
- An understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchains, RPCs, self custody wallets etc
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make critical decisions under pressure.
- A passion for innovation, learning, and growth. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
- Interest in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations. Previous experience in crypto industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Azure technologies

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$400,000 in San Francisco and New York. The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range listed excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits. The pay range represents the minimum and maximum target for new-hire compensation. Actual compensation may vary and may be higher or lower depending on individual circumstances.
