Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative storyteller to own and evolve our social media presence while contributing to broader content initiatives across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who’s deeply fluent in social content but who also enjoys flexing into other forms of content, like case studies, thought leadership articles, and podcasts. You’ll work closely with our founders, marketing team, and internal stakeholders to bring Merge’s voice to life across channels.
What you will do:
- Own and grow Merge’s social media presence. You’ll experiment with new post formats, narratives, and emerging social channels to continuously evolve our approach
- Drive our video content strategy. These videos can not only be distributed across our social channels but also through LLMs, email newsletters, etc.
- Shape how our executive team shows up on Linkedin. You’ll help our executive team develop their personal brands on Linkedin, and craft content strategies that align to their brands
- Support customer case studies. You’ll help manage the case study creation process end-to-end, from interviewing stakeholders to working through edits to securing approvals
- Experiment with new content mediums. You’ll brainstorm and develop new types of content, whether it’s a recurring podcast or even a book (the world is your oyster!)
- Build content that boosts our employer brand. You’ll write bylines with colleagues that highlight interesting stories and potentially spin up new content series that spotlight employees
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Internship or experience managing social media for a company (B2B and/or SaaS experience is a plus)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences
- A creative mindset paired with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple content streams at once
- Hands-on experience with video or visual content creation (hands-on or through collaboration)
- Desire to use AI to automate content creation, editing, or ideation workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting executive or founder-led social accounts
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO content strategies
- Background in developer-focused or technical products
- Experience with our marketing and design tools, especially HubSpot and Figma
- Experience with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AirOps, etc.) to support your day-to-day content workflows
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000

What We Are Looking For:
- 2–4 years of product design experience, with at least one product that has real complexity; conditional states, non-deterministic systems, error handling and multiple users
- Strong portfolio demonstrating deep systems thinking and visual craft. Case studies demonstrate end-to-end thinking and illustrate business impact. Experience with building and maintaining a design system in Figma and code.
- AI-native: you've thoughtfully integrated generative AI into your process and know how to build with a sophisticated, polished UX with prompts. You have a deep understanding of the latest tools and techniques and have a point of view on where it's taking the discipline.
- You are a fast, scrappy thinker who'd rather show something rough in two hours than a polished spec in two days. You enjoy thinking on your feet and can adapt your process when timelines and requirements change.
- Strong engineering, product, and brand relationships: you speak the language and understand others' goals and constraints. . . You can articulate rationale and ask thoughtful questions that build trust with teammates. You are happy to take things off people's plates and have a can-do attitude.

Compensation

What will you be doing?
- Own end to end recruiting for all NYC based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives.

We are hiring backend and full stack engineers at the senior level on the Experience Engineering team. The team is a full stack, product engineering team with a mission to make Merge’s powerful product feel seamless and intuitive to use. Who are we looking for?
Merge is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a core Growth product area focused on helping customers unlock and expand the value of the Merge Unified API.
You will lead a team of 10+ engineers who own the customer expansion experience and a critical product line, and be responsible for both execution and org design. We’re looking for a hands-on, product-oriented leader who can operate in ambiguity, stay close to the technical details, and drive high-velocity execution in a startup environment.

- Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team of 10+ engineers focused on Growth and customer expansion

Merge is looking for a driven Strategic Finance Senior Associate to grow into a core analytical partner to our business leaders. At Merge, Strategic Finance is a core operational unit: we don't just report on the business; we provide the analytical framework for major decisions. This is an ideal role for someone coming out of investment banking or investing who is ready to apply their technical foundation to real operating problems - and learn what it actually means to run a business.
The ideal candidate is technically excellent and intellectually hungry. You've spent time in banking and/or at an investment firm building models, evaluating businesses, and producing high-stakes materials under pressure - and now you want to understand what happens on the other side of the table. You're precise, fast, and analytically rigorous. You know how to build a model and tell a story with numbers. What you will do:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Own and maintain complex models end-to-end - applying the same rigor you built in banking or investing to live operating decisions

- Merge's integration ecosystem spans 300+ third-party platforms, and every one of those partnerships requires ongoing operational coordination to keep running. We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows that make this ecosystem work at scale. You will be the operational backbone of our partnerships function: the person who ensures nothing breaks, nothing stalls, and the team can move from 300 integrations to 500+ without adding complexity. This is a high-autonomy role where you will build the infrastructure that turns a fast-growing partner network into a repeatable, scalable operation. - Work cross-functionally with partnerships, engineering, post-sales, and product to deliver enterprise-grade integrations & expand Merge's coverage across 7 categories
- Internally advocate for Integration Engineering needs, and lead projects related to data quality and internal tooling
- Help design the Integrations Engineering function at Merge - what it's responsible for, how it interfaces with other teams, and how it'll grow and develop over time
The ideal candidate will have
- 1+ years in engineering roles, preferably with startup exposure
- Strong technical understanding and problem solving, preferably in the form of a prior Computer Science background or other engineering orientation
- Prior experience with APIs and integrations is a plus
- Ability to manage responsibilities across different areas such as working cross functionally, debugging and building on APIs, or writing documentation
- Bias to action & preference for being hands on -- Integrations Engineers work on powering mission-critical integrations for our customers, so we’re not afraid to jump in and become owners!
- Strong communication skills, adept at interfacing with different audiences and communicating complex technical concepts
- The cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.

Who are we looking for?
Merge is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing activities for North America, with support for our team in Berlin. We’re looking for a passionate person to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders that understands how to drive early-stage pipeline as well as build programs to accelerate sales cycles and close business. The ideal candidate has experience running field events across established companies and startups.
What will you be doing?
- Execute on our event strategy ensuring we’re getting in front of the right audience, generating leads, and reaching out to leads in a timely manner
- Extend the Merge brand across different event formats including in person conferences, virtual events, product launch events, influencer meetups, and more
- Define and measure field marketing success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, lead generation, pipeline influence, and sales engagement
- Manage overall budget and driving high ROI of our events
- Lead functional collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to execute a strong field marketing strategy from planning through follow ups
What experience is required?
- 3+ years of relevant Field Marketing experience across both established companies and startups with 3-5 years in the B2B SaaS space
- Strong relationship-builder who can collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Proven track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for both executive and practitioner audiences with experience across diverse event types
- Ability to create and execute different types events from building brand awareness to generating demand, turning successful projects into repeatable programs
- Outstanding project management skills with excellent attention to detail and operational rigor—you set a high bar for quality, creativity, execution, and productivity
- Familiarity with sales processes and systems, with an outcome-driven and analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000

- 7 - 10+ years of full-time software engineering experience

- Scaling Core Systems: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our data syncing engine, lead large-scale migrations to more efficient technologies and storage solutions, and drive initiatives to increase system throughput
- Product Innovation: Design flexible syncing paradigms that support advanced customization across model normalization, scheduling, data filtering, and API rate limit handling
- New Revenue Streams: Partner with Product to ideate, prototype, and validate entirely new product lines or feature categories that unlock growth opportunities
