As an Enterprise SDR, you will contribute by generating new business by qualifying opportunities, generating ARR and driving various outbound and inbound campaigns. You will also focus on the development of each qualified opportunity to pass to your team of Account Executives and Relationship Managers. As an Enterprise SDR you will learn and understand the key fundamentals of successful SaaS sales.
We are looking for a colleague with high energy, an entrepreneurial tempo, with a strong focus on business opportunities and sales. The ideal candidate is someone who can start relationships with some of the largest companies in the world - and move them from being loving Mentimeter users to large Enterprise customers.
We are referencing the Dropbox and Slack journeys when we see the future of Mentimeter. Mentimeter is a service that is loved globally and our Sales are currently growing over 10% per month and you will be a driving force to accelerate that growth even further!

Mentimeter’s APAC journey is still in its early chapters, and this role is a chance to help write what comes next.
We opened our Sydney office in 2023 with 5 people. Since then, we’ve grown to 15+ team members, achieved +41% YoY growth in 2025, and built a strong foundation across Customer Acquisition and Customer Success Teams. Now, we’re ready to scale our Customer Acquisition team further and hire our first Sales Manager for a Sales Development team.
This is a foundational, hands-on leadership role. You will shape how Sales Development works in APAC, how we prospect, qualify, collaborate, learn, and grow while coaching a young, ambitious team to do their best work.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead from the front, build trust through action, and help others succeed. This role offers the chance to shape a function from the ground up and grow alongside the business.
As Sales Manager, Sales Development, you will lead and grow our SDR team, starting with a small, high-potential team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs and scaling over time. You will balance hands-on coaching with building the systems, playbooks, and culture that set the team up for long-term success.
We are looking for a sales leader who brings strong SaaS sales fundamentals, curiosity, and a passion for developing people. You’ll be supported by an experienced Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, Enablement and a Marketing team.

As an Account Executive at Mentimeter, you own Enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from first conversation to close and expansion. You’ll work inbound demand, self-sourced pipeline, and account growth, engaging senior stakeholders and positioning Mentimeter as a strategic platform for how organisations communicate and make decisions. You carry full ownership of revenue. You’ll run disciplined discovery, deliver tailored demos, and drive deal progression with clear structure and intent. Working closely with SDRs and Customer Success Team, you’ll build trusted relationships to drive adoption and long-term growth.
