Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Podiatrist to join our team. As a Podiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in long-term care facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Performed examinations on patients’ legs and feet to identify and diagnose various diseases and conditions.
Provide treatment for foot and leg injuries, such as fractures, corns, and calluses.
Recommend and prescribe medication for relieving joint pain and suggest foot orthoses to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
Offer guidance and advice to patients regarding foot care and overall wellness practices.
Request additional medical tests as necessary based on the initial assessments.
Requirements
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree
DEA License
Long-term care experience
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and other urological disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections
Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
DEA License
CPR BCLS/BLS certified
Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
A year of experience in Urology
Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
Must have great organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
