Job Summary
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations
Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
Flexibility to travel on short notice
Currently resides in the state of Pennsylvania
License to drive
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
Benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Optometric Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist optometrists with vision exams and eye health assessments for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical providers while supporting the early detection and management of vision conditions in a geriatric population.
Responsibilities
Assist optometrists with comprehensive eye exams and vision testing
Perform preliminary testing, including visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and autorefractor measurements
Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
Administer basic diagnostic tests such as visual field testing and retinal imaging
Accurately document patient history, test results, and clinical findings
Maintain and clean ophthalmic equipment in compliance with safety and infection control standards
Support eyeglass fittings, adjustments, and patient education as needed
Collaborate with optometrists, advanced practice providers, and facility staff
Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an Optometric Technician or Ophthalmic Technician training program preferred
Certification (e.g., CPO, ABO) preferred but not required
Prior experience in optometry or ophthalmology strongly preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings a plus
Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Comfortable working with the geriatric population
Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
