Job Summary
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations
Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
Flexibility to travel on short notice
Currently resides in the state of New York
License to drive
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
Benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Cardiology Medical Director or a New Graduate Cardio Physician (MD) to join our team. As the Cardiology Medical Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of comprehensive care to patients, ensuring high-quality service, and promoting best practices across the healthcare team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and development of our medical team.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to the medical staff to maintain high standards of care
Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development
Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff
Chair or co-chair the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee on a quarterly basis
Assist in Department of Health (DOH) survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives
Stay informed of advancements in geriatric and long-term care to continuously evolve the facility’s clinical offerings
Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring the highest quality of clinical treatment and support
Requirements
Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification is preferred.
Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operations
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
Must be willing to travel across the state of New York
