Essential Responsibilities

• Anticipate the Exec’s needs and act proactively to address them, including preparing meeting materials, briefing documents, and agenda items in advance.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks and facilitating effective decision-making.
• Ensure agendas and necessary documents / materials are provided 24 hours prior to a scheduled meeting 100% of the time
• Proactively manage the Execs calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating all internal and external meetings.
• Attend meetings as needed, with a focus on driving organizational efficiency
• Manage travel logistics to include, flights, hotel, car rental, reimbursements, etc.
• Work closely with administrative staff and Chief of Staff to continually streamline and simplify meetings and team workflow across May
• Supporting multiple Senior Executive staff
• Answers general calls and emails for the main office and greets visitors.
• Ensure the Executive team is kept up to date on relevant news and information by sending announcements, newsletters, etc.
• Provide support for across teams such as marketing, sales, people, operations for special projects 
• Plan company events including social, professional development, and business development
• Manage, process, and review expenses for the executives, and their team’s direct reports as needed
• Partner consistently and efficiently with other members of the EA team and cross-functional partners across the org
• Schedule internal and external meetings with a variety of cross-functional partners
• Coordinate meetings across time zones
• Respond and take action on a high volume of slacks and emails with urgency and professionalism
• Map out and circulate meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and manage post-meeting follow-ups
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

May Mobility is growing and expanding our team and we are seeking our first Internal Audit Manager to help us build out our internal audit function. This role reports to the Director of Accounting, with the expectation that that will grow to report directly to our CFO and Audit Committee Chair.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the corporate risk assessment analysis and work with management and those charged with governance in planning audits
• Enhance the company’s control framework by contemplating documentation available to date and establishing and updating internal controls as a result of the risk assessment and business knowledge obtained within this role
• Support the execution of risk assessments for business and product areas, analyze gaps identified and recommend remediation actions for risk gaps
• Define audit scope and design control testing steps to evaluate the adequacy of the control designs and operating effectiveness
• Effectively partner with finance, legal, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure completion of remediation activities agreed upon during audit projects
• Provide guidance to all departments as to control and process best practices and assist with enhancing and establishing policies, implementation of new systems or applications incorporating responses to audit finding or recommendations
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure regulatory and risk issues are properly identified and managed in new and existing product and services
• Lead trainings internally to increase awareness of internal controls
• Coordinate internal audit work performed by third-party firms
• Collaborate and provide recommendations on the future vision of the internal audit function, which includes considerations of resourcing, internal audit methods, and technology enablement
• Leads coordination with the external audit team in supporting the documentation required for internal controls for the annual audit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA and/or CIA
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in an audit and/or advisory practice at a public accounting firm or a senior internal audit role, with a combination of both experiences a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), risk and controls standards and business process best practices
• Firm grasp of technical accounting and SOX methodologies (controls design, risk assessment, testing strategies, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Advanced technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to effectively discuss audit findings and develop impactful solutions with business partners

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in helping a company get public company ready from an internal audit and controls perspective a plus

Job Summary

May Mobility is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join and support our Legal team and serve as a trusted business partner across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a versatile attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. You will negotiate and manage supplier and commercial agreements, help build and maintain compliance programs, review press releases and marketing blogs, and provide practical legal guidance on a range of issues that arise as we scale our autonomous vehicle operations worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: regulatory affairs, safety and product liability, data privacy, intellectual property including patents, or employment law. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and business development teams and will have a direct hand in shaping the legal infrastructure of a company at the forefront of the autonomous mobility revolution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial and supplier agreements, including hardware supply, software licensing, services, joint development, and partnership agreements, while developing and maintaining playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidelines for use across the legal team
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies covering areas such as data privacy, safety, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, business development, government affairs, marketing, and human resources
• Advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous vehicle testing, deployment, and commercialization at the federal, state, and local levels
• Support the management of outside counsel and coordinate with external advisors on specialized matters including litigation, IP, and regulatory filings
• Monitor and analyze evolving laws and regulations affecting autonomous vehicles, transportation, data privacy, and employment, and summarize  business implications to leadership
• Develop and deliver training programs on legal compliance, contracting best practices, and risk management for business teams
• Assist with corporate transactions, equity matters, and board-related activities as needed

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 5–8 years of legal experience, including a combination of law firm and in-house counsel experience (experience at a technology, automotive, or mobility company is strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and supplier agreements
• Experience developing or managing compliance programs, policies, or internal controls
• Substantive expertise in at least one of the following: regulatory affairs, safety/product liability, data privacy (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, APPI, GDPR), or employment law
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk against operational objectives in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences

Preferred 

• Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, robotics, or advanced transportation technology sector
• Familiarity with NHTSA regulations, FMVSS standards, state AV legislation, or other transportation safety frameworks
• Experience advising on data privacy matters in the context of connected or autonomous vehicles, including geolocation data, telematics, and rider data
• Background in government affairs, public policy, or working with regulatory agencies (DOT, NHTSA, state DMVs)
• Experience supporting companies through high-growth stages, including Series C/D and beyond
• Comfort operating as a generalist across multiple legal disciplines while building institutional knowledge in a lean legal team
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or other privacy certification

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to add to our Finance team as May Mobility continues to grow. We are looking for a candidate that can build and scale new processes, is motivated by constant process improvement opportunities, and can work well cross-functionally.  This role reports to the Director of Accounting. 

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy in accordance with both internal and external reporting requirements
• Review and/or prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and other related analyses associated with monthly financial reporting requirements, including retention of proper documentation for journal entries and account reconciliations
• Provide technical accounting guidance, analysis, and documentation, including implementation of any new accounting standards
• Perform various activities to support the internal control environment, such as approvals of new vendors and weekly expenditures, review of payroll registers and journal entries
• Assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls
• Support financial statement preparation and audits
• Manage outside relationships with other accounting service providers, such as technical accounting and tax matters
• Oversee global consolidations and support international accounting team members
• Ability to manage team members effectively, providing support and coaching as necessary
• Support other special projects as assigned
