We are looking for Compliance Analyst to join our Hong Kong based Compliance team.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will contribute to the effective operation of the firm according to its regulatory and internal policy requirements as they apply across the diverse range of trading activities carried out. You will also add value supporting this firm in achieving its forward-looking growth and development plans. In doing so, you will gain exposure to key aspects of compliance, supporting electronic options market making and multi-strategy trading (encompassing proprietary equity and bond strategies such as event trading and equity capital markets), regulatory monitoring, prudential compliance, policy implementation, and employee trading oversight.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced proprietary trading environment. The Head of Market Data is responsible for the development and execution of Maven's market data strategy, requirements, and vendor negotiations. Working with the wider business stakeholders, the Head of Market Data will manage all commercial, strategic, and administrative aspects of the market data lifecycle, collaborating closely with technology counterparts who are responsible for data delivery and any technical requirements.
This position requires a keen understanding of the global market data industry, including market data policies, business models, and pricing, as well as a solid understanding of Maven's strategy and objectives as far as they relate to market data. The role will require a strong balance of strategic vision, commercial outlook, and operational expertise to provide the most optimum platform for growth with minimal risk.
This position will sit in London, reporting into the Chief Legal Officer and working closely with business and technology stakeholders. It is a full-time permanent role and remuneration comprises an annual base salary depending on experience plus a discretionary bonus.
Hybrid working: 4 days a week in the office

We are hiring for an exciting new FP&A Analyst role to join the Commercial Finance team in Maven Securities. Commercial Finance sits at the centre of management reporting, presenting financial results to senior stakeholders and providing insight to support decision making.
This role will initially focus on management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and cost allocation support. You’ll further have the opportunities to work with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely, accurate reporting and will contribute to projects that improve data quality and automate finance processes.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager (Regulatory Reporting) to join our London office. Reporting to the Head of European Compliance, you will play a senior leadership role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting across regimes such as MiFID II / MiFIR (typically via Approved Reporting Mechanisms), EMIR, CAT, short/long transparency, and related rules for UK and EU investment firms. You will drive reporting process integrity, controls, reconciliation, and exception handling, and will work closely with technology teams to support automation of reporting and MI production. You will act as a key subject matter expert, with the flexibility for the scope of the role to evolve as regulations and business needs change.
