About DesignShop & Samplize
DesignShop and Samplize represent Material Bank’s emerging consumer-focused businesses, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s growth strategy. Having successfully built a $2B-valued B2B company, Material Bank is now leveraging its deep expertise in brand relationships, advanced technology, and logistics to unlock significant growth opportunities with end consumers and renovators.
Samplize, acquired as our first foray into the consumer space, provides innovative peel-and-stick samples that make paint selection easier than ever. DesignShop serves as an all-in-one platform empowering renovators at every step — from inspiration and visualization to seamless ordering of product samples across multiple categories.
About the role
As our Senior Lead, Growth Analytics & MarTech, you will own the technical backbone of growth across DesignShop and Samplize. You will be the single person accountable for our performance analytics, site A/B testing program, and MarTech signaling stack — the pixels, CAPI, feeds, tagging, and attribution. You will also co-own technical SEO with our external agency and lead our emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) workstream.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone equally comfortable writing SQL, reading a tag manager config, scoping an experiment with engineering, and presenting a weekly readout to leadership. You move fast, ship in small increments, and use AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex) as part of your daily workflow. The ideal candidate will be located in Boston, MA or New York, NY.

About the role
As an Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Lead, you will own affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and deal site channels across DesignShop and Samplize, driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable revenue growth. This role is critical in shaping how Material Bank reaches and converts new consumer audiences through trusted creators, high quality content, and performance driven partnerships. You will manage these channels end to end, from sourcing and negotiating partnerships to executing campaigns and tracking performance across both brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact on revenue while operating across two fast-growing consumer businesses. The right person is a commercially-driven, hands-on operator who can manage multiple partnerships, move quickly, and continuously optimize performance. You are comfortable working across both strategy and execution, with strong attention-to-detail, sharp negotiation skills, and a focus on delivering measurable results.

About the Role
As the Site Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with the Senior Manager, Platform Operations, leading the end-to-end operations that ensure users have seamless experiences on the Material Bank platform. You will manage a global site operations team and serve as a cross-functional partner to Product, Search, and Brand Services.
To succeed, you must bring a high sense of ownership, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for building reliable, well-run systems. You are someone who holds the line on quality — not just identifying problems but driving them to resolution and putting the right processes in place to prevent recurrence.
Your scope spans customer success and member vetting to site merchandising execution, performance monitoring, and backend system integrity. This role is built for an operator who thrives in complexity, communicates with clarity, and takes pride in making platforms work better — for the users who rely on them and the internal teams who support them.

We’re looking for a Principal, Product Analytics to build and lead analytics at Material Bank. This is a foundational role with broad ownership across how the business measures performance, makes decisions, and uses data day to day. You will join at an important moment as we launch MB3, our next-generation platform, a ground-up rebuild designed to make Material Bank faster, smarter, and more valuable for every stakeholder.
Material Bank has real, high-quality data to work with. Millions of sample requests, a highly engaged professional user base, and strong behavioral signals provide a clear view into how the business operates. At the same time, brand partners are looking for better visibility and attribution into performance. This role will shape how that data is structured, understood, and used across the company.
You will work across Product, Marketing, and the broader business to define what gets measured and how it drives decisions. Partnering closely with Data Engineering, you will establish the instrumentation, event taxonomy, and data models that make reliable analytics possible. There is a significant amount to build, and you will be expected to bring structure, ask better questions, and move beyond surface-level metrics to understand what is actually driving performance. The right person is comfortable operating in ambiguity, takes ownership of defining the problem as much as solving it, and uses data to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomes across the business.

This is a senior, external facing role for someone who knows the A&D landscape, understands how brands sell into the design community, and values that many lasting partnerships are built in person. You thrive in face-to-face conversations, on-site meetings, and industry events, doing whatever it takes to earn trust, build credibility, and move opportunities forward.
