Reporting to the Senior Controller, the Senior Accounting Manager will play a central role in running day-to-day accounting operations and helping build the financial infrastructure of a fast-growing consumer brand. This is a role for someone who is equal parts strategic and tactical — comfortable owning the close one day and improving a process or system the next.
You'll work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners on reporting, margin improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance, while helping scale a function that can grow with the company.

Position Overview
Margaux is seeking an exemplary key holder to join our team opening a new store on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. Every store team member will work closely with the Store Manager and Margaux HQ team to ensure the successful launch of this new store location. Your goal will be to create a memorable, personalized shopping experience for every customer through exemplary service and a passion for the Margaux brand. Every store associate will be an essential team member, facilitating the seamless launch of the new store and integration in the community. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury fashion DTC brand at an exciting stage of growth.

About The Role
Margaux is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale our growth operating system — and to do it with AI as your primary unfair advantage. This is a growth-first role for someone who runs experiments end-to-end, builds systems that compound over time, and uses AI not as a buzzword but as the engine behind everything from creative generation to bid optimization to attribution.
Reporting to the VP of Digital, you'll partner tightly with eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance to drive profitable revenue growth across acquisition, retention, and onsite conversion. You're equally comfortable setting strategy and getting deep in the weeds. You know that in a fast-moving DTC environment, speed and system-thinking win.
