Works under close supervision within ISO-classified manufacturing spaces to produce research and clinical-grade components. Learns and applies operational procedures while developing foundational skills in oligo production technologies.

How you will make an impact: 

• Reviews daily production tasks and follows established procedures for material preparation, equipment set-up, and execution of routine processes.
• Assists in preparing production areas for cGMP project initiation or changeover.
• Documents production activities by accurately completing forms, logs, and batch-related records in compliance with GDP.
• Operates and cleans equipment following established instructions and escalates equipment issues or deviations.
• Supports execution of batch records and follows SOPs; may assist in SOP revisions under guidance.
• Participates in training and completes required cGMP and company training within defined timelines.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by following SOPs and housekeeping expectations.
• Communicates progress, issues, and observations to supervisors or senior associates.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing Associate II staff and other support groups to ensure workflow alignment.

• Bachelor's Degree in life science field or related field preferably in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology/Molecular Biology or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in a Biochemistry manufacturing laboratory preferred
• Exposure in a cGMP/ ISO 7/ ISO 8 clean room environment desired
• Experience with executing SOPs

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Manufacturing team at TriLink BioTechnologies as a Manufacturing Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting mRNA-based workflows while developing a strong foundation in nucleic acid production.

As part of your core project, you will contribute to the design and validation of untranslated region (UTR) sequences for mRNA. The Manufacturing Intern will partner with scientists in the Operations Technical Support team to design, optimize, and implement standard protocols for PCR methods. The intern will utilize the following skills:

• Primer design
• PCR amplification of DNA
• In-vitro transcription of mRNA
• Silica purification of mRNA
• Fragment Analysis of mRNA and DNA, along with data interpretation
• Analysis of advanced mRNA analytics
• SOP and batch record use and drafting
• Process transfer to manufacturing
• Building production cost models

 The skills and experience that you will bring:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or a related life science discipline

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Financial Reporting and Revenue Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and leading the Company’s revenue accounting and recognition process. The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Company’s financial disclosures as a large accelerated filer. In addition to overseeing SEC reporting, this individual will review customer contracts, write revenue memos, and drive process improvements across revenue accounting and operations.

This position reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and works closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors, providing key technical accounting expertise and supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes, internal controls, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public company reporting requirements, technical accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

How you will make an impact: 

• Own the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Lead the drafting and review of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and technical precision.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes, including contract review, identification of performance obligations, variable consideration analysis, and appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos related to revenue recognition and other complex accounting matters.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to streamline revenue-related processes, improve contract flow, and enhance automation and internal controls.
• Perform and review monthly close and reporting activities, including the calculation and analysis of earnings per share (EPS) and review of revenue journal entries.
• Coordinate the preparation of supporting workpapers for quarterly and annual SEC filings by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information required for disclosures.
• Liaison with external auditors, as needed, to provide required documentation and respond to inquiries related to quarterly reviews, annual audits, and internal controls testing.
• Develop and manage the quarterly SEC reporting calendar, including key milestones, deliverables, and team assignments to ensure timely execution of all reporting activities.
• Partner closely with the Investor Relations team to support the preparation and review of quarterly earnings materials, ensuring alignment with SEC disclosures and corporate messaging.
• Support the preparation of annual statutory financial statements by coordinating with external consultants and internal teams to compile required schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting standards and SEC rule changes, develop implementation plans and coordinate with business units to ensure timely adoption and compliance.
• Support SOX compliance efforts, including maintaining and enhancing documentation for policies, procedures, and internal controls related to external financial reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation within the financial reporting function.
• Maintain and continuously update the related accounting policies to reflect current standards and best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members on SEC reporting requirements, revenue accounting principles, disclosure best practices, and the effective use of reporting tools and systems.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed.to support management decision-making and special projects.

• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, and/or accounting
• CPA required.

• Ability to read and interpret Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Able to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to prepare written memorandums summarizing accounting research.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with Workiva required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.  In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.  The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
