What you’ll do:
- Lead customer interactions, communications, and identifying ways to get the most value out of the product.
- Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers about requirements for API integration, data conversion, and business logic.
- Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
- Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through advice and recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, marketing, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus
About you:
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following: software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineer, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or construction.
- BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Experience working with clients at multiple levels within the organization.
- Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment.

Ce que vous ferez:

À propos de vous:
- Expérience pertinente dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : implémentation de logiciels, intégration de clients, ingénieur d'application, conseil aux entreprises, maintenance, fiabilité, opérations, ingénierie et/ou construction.
- Diplôme de BSc/BEng/BA ou années d'expérience équivalentes.

The Engagement Manager serves as the primary bridge between MaintainX’s sales and delivery teams, ensuring that enterprise clients fully understand what to expect from our implementation and onboarding process. This role is critical in setting the foundation for a successful partnership by clearly communicating MaintainX’s approach, methodologies, and timelines while instilling confidence in the quality and reliability of our services.
From the first client interaction through project completion, the Engagement Manager ensures that expectations are aligned, risks are mitigated early, and customers experience a smooth, transparent journey from contract to go-live.
What you'll do:
The Engagement Manager partners with the sales team during the presales process to represent MaintainX’s professional services organization and explain our client onboarding methodology. They participate in customer discovery sessions to understand business needs and use that knowledge to propose clear, achievable implementation plans that demonstrate MaintainX’s structured approach to success.
Once a customer commits to moving forward, the Engagement Manager leads the transition from sales to implementation — ensuring that all stakeholders understand project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. They serve as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability during this critical period, helping clients navigate each step of onboarding with confidence and clarity.
Throughout the engagement, the Engagement Manager monitors delivery progress, facilitates communication between MaintainX teams and the customer, and proactively manages any changes or challenges that may arise. Their focus is on creating a positive, predictable experience that builds trust and positions MaintainX as a long-term strategic partner.
Ultimately, the Engagement Manager’s success is measured by how well clients understand and embrace the onboarding process, how accurately expectations are managed, and how confidently customers move through implementation toward successful adoption.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles within SaaS or technology industries.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical or process concepts clearly and effectively to executive and operational audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in maintenance engineering, smart manufacturing, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification a plus).

Le ou la gestionnaire de projets joue un rôle clé dans le succès des déploiements de projets d’entreprise, de la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en service.
Vous serez responsable de planifier, coordonner et superviser les projets afin d’assurer leur réalisation selon les exigences convenues, dans les délais et budgets établis.
Vous devrez planifier les ressources, préparer les budgets, suivre la progression et informer les parties prenantes de l’état d’avancement.
Ce que vous ferez:
- Guider nos clients d’entreprise à travers des implantations réussies de MaintainX, incluant des visites sur site pour assurer une adoption fluide et efficace.
- Planifier, coordonner et diriger l’ensemble des projets afin de garantir leur livraison dans les délais, selon la portée et le budget convenus.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et les parties prenantes pour définir la portée, les objectifs et la faisabilité technique de chaque projet.

- Anticiper les risques et proposer des solutions concrètes, tout en analysant les résultats pour soutenir la réussite à court et à long terme.
- Minimum de 7 années d’expérience pertinente en implantation de logiciels, intégration client ou ingénierie d’applications.
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et l’exécution sur site de projets SaaS d’envergure.
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets.
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (B.Sc., B.Eng. ou B.A.) ou équivalent.
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier ou industriel (atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, tant avec la clientèle qu’à l’interne.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

- Assist enterprise customers through successful implementations
- Travel to customer sites for on-site MaintainX implementation engagements.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
About you:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding or application engineering.
- Proven experience in on-site large SaaS implementation projects.
- Proven working experience in project management
- BSc/BEng/BA degree or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial space is a benefit.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Le ou la gestionnaire de l’engagement agit à titre de principal intermédiaire entre les équipes des ventes et de la prestation de services de MaintainX, veillant à ce que les clients d’entreprise comprennent pleinement le processus de mise en œuvre et d’intégration. Ce poste est essentiel pour établir les bases d’un partenariat réussi, en communiquant clairement l’approche, les méthodologies et les échéanciers de MaintainX, tout en inspirant confiance quant à la qualité et à la fiabilité de nos services.
Dès la première interaction avec le client et jusqu’à la conclusion du projet, le ou la gestionnaire de l’engagement s’assure que les attentes sont harmonisées, que les risques sont anticipés et atténués, et que le client bénéficie d’un parcours fluide et transparent, de la signature du contrat jusqu’à la mise en service.
Responsabilités principales
Le ou la gestionnaire de l’engagement collabore avec l’équipe des ventes au cours du processus de présélection afin de représenter l’organisation des services professionnels de MaintainX et d’expliquer la méthodologie d’intégration de nos clients. Il ou elle participe aux séances de découverte avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires et utilise ces informations pour proposer des plans de mise en œuvre clairs, réalistes et démontrant l’approche structurée de MaintainX vers la réussite.
Une fois le client engagé à aller de l’avant, le ou la gestionnaire de l’engagement dirige la transition des ventes vers la mise en œuvre, en veillant à ce que toutes les parties prenantes comprennent la portée du projet, les échéanciers, les responsabilités et les livrables. Il ou elle agit à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance et de point de contact unique durant cette période critique, aidant le client à franchir chaque étape du processus d’intégration avec confiance et clarté.
Tout au long de l’engagement, le ou la gestionnaire de l’engagement surveille l’avancement de la prestation, facilite la communication entre les équipes de MaintainX et le client, et gère de façon proactive tout changement ou enjeu pouvant survenir. L’objectif principal est d’assurer une expérience positive, prévisible et cohérente, renforçant la confiance et positionnant MaintainX comme partenaire stratégique à long terme.
En définitive, le succès du ou de la gestionnaire de l’engagement se mesure à la compréhension et à l’adhésion du client au processus d’intégration, à la gestion rigoureuse des attentes et à la confiance démontrée par le client lors de la mise en œuvre et de l’adoption réussie de la solution.
Profil recherché
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans les services professionnels, le conseil ou des rôles de mise en œuvre auprès des clients dans les industries du SaaS ou des technologies.
- Capacité démontrée à communiquer clairement et efficacement des concepts techniques ou procéduraux complexes à des publics exécutifs et opérationnels.
- Solides compétences en présentation, animation et gestion des relations.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion des attentes clients et en alignement de multiples parties prenantes.

À propos de vous:
Formation et expérience :
- Baccalauréat en génie ou dans un domaine connexe (maîtrise un atout).
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets ou de programmes dans un contexte de services professionnels ou de consultation.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de direction du BGP ou de gestion d’équipe.
- Certification en gestion de projets requise (PMP, PRINCE2 ou équivalent) ; une certification Agile (par ex. CSM, SAFe) constitue un atout.

The Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) in Professional Services leads the centralized PMO responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Enterprise client-facing projects. This role oversees the definition, development and implementation of project management standards and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and business goals. The PMO Manager drives operational excellence across engagements, supports the sales-to-delivery process, and enables scalable, repeatable service delivery.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

The Senior Integration Developer plays a critical role in our post-sales team by collaborating closely with Integration Consultants to architect, design, develop, lead and implement customized integration solutions that address our clients' integration needs. This position requires a deep understanding of integration technologies (iPaaS solutions), ERP and manufacturing software, excellent teamwork, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects.
What you’ll do:
- Work in partnership with Integration Consultants to understand client integration requirements and business processes.
- Collaboratively design, develop, and implement integration solutions that align with client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants, Integration Developers and clients.
- Apply technical skills to provide expert integration advice on how to best utilize our Open REST APIs.
- Design and develop customized integration solutions to complex third-party platforms, leveraging a combination of integration techniques.
- Work with the MaintainX Engineering and Product Team to help prioritize customer integration requirements and build relevant API endpoints.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Guide clients and their IT Team through on-premise and cloud-based software integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including technical specifications, code documentation, and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and technical details to both internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the integration process.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring their integration projects run smoothly.
- Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams, including Integration Consultants, project management, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
About you:
- 4+ years experience in software development. This may include, but is not limited to, prior roles in solutions architecture, software engineering, or software development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- An ability to understand how to organize and consolidate customers’ data in various formats and from various source applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript), APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of Tech Stack components: JavaScript / TypeScript / NodeJS / React / ReactNative / GraphQL and MySQL.
