We are looking for an Educational Program Manager to ensure that MaintainX is known as the market leader for the next generation of workers in academic and vocational training communities. Reporting to the Head of MaintainX.org, you will use your experience building relationships with educational institutions to meet the needs of instructors and students, while aligning their learning outcomes with our customers' workforce needs.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with trade schools, community colleges, universities, and vocational training programs to integrate MaintainX into their curricula.
• Empower instructors to teach with MaintainX confidently.
• Work in partnership with early adopters on the creation of curriculum-ready materials — lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises.
• Design, deliver, and maintain a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments that empower instructors by simplifying their onboarding process.
• Enable our revenue teams to effectively leverage the value of our educational program in their conversations with the industry
• Surface educational partner success stories and impact metrics for use in PR, social, brand awareness, and digital campaigns that grow the educational partner network.
• You will need to embrace the entrepreneurial mentality of building something new, and making enhancements to our program, and its scalability, based upon your learnings and the feedback from educators.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in Education, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management — ideally within education, workforce development, or an industrial/B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing educational or training content, curriculum materials, or instructional resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from students to senior academic administrators to C-suite executives.
• Experience managing customer or partner data in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
• Genuine passion for education, workforce equity, and elevating skilled trades as a career path.
• Familiarity with the maintenance, facilities management, or industrial operations industry — hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (MaintainX or comparable) is a strong plus.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to build and scale MaintainX’s partner ecosystem across the region from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will lead the expansion and execution of MaintainX’s partner ecosystem strategy across Mexico & Central America. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic alliances, system integrators, technology vendors, distributors, and channel partners.

You’ll collaborate closely with global partner marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to develop and grow MaintainX’s LATAM ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling SaaS GTM partnerships, identifying top partners, enabling partners, and and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the LATAM partner strategy to achieve growth goals..
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology, SI, and channel partners.
• Build co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery motions with partners and field sales.
• Drive measurable partner-sourced and influenced revenue growth.
• Localize enablement, marketing, and training for the LATAM market.
• Represent MaintainX at regional industry events and partner forums.
• Build repeatable frameworks for partner operations and GTM execution.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or enterprise SaaS sales in LATAM.
• Proven success building and scaling partnership programs with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional nuances.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Highly independent and entrepreneurial; comfortable building from scratch.
• Collaborative operator who aligns easily across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Strong existing network across SaaS, IoT/OT, or industrial tech ecosystems (for example SAP, Oracle, or previous experience with CMMS, EAM or MES technology.
