The role
We are looking for motivated colleagues with a strong interest or early-career experience in financial consolidation, controlling and accounting, who want to support our customers and grow their expertise in a dynamic SaaS environment. What you’ll do
- Support our clients on key topics such as financial consolidation, planning, and reporting using our software platform (training provided).
- Take part in a variety of customer projects and provide assistance to our existing clients as you build your skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with team members on developing and improving best practices in our financial solutions.
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to address questions, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Be part of a team that values collaboration and learning in an inclusive, international working environment.
What you bring to the table
- You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (or relevant internship/work experience).
- Some practical experience (internship, entry-level role, or relevant coursework) in financial consolidation, reporting, controlling, or related areas.
- Eager to learn about working on customer projects and supporting financial process improvements.
- Comfortable collaborating in a project environment and communicating with a range of financial professionals.
- Critical thinker, interested in creative approaches to problem-solving for customers.
- (Bonus) Any experience or prior exposure to Lucanet, financial consolidation tools, or similar software.
- Full professional working proficiency in Dutch and English.

We’re looking for someone who brings hands‑on experience in XBRL and a genuine interest in helping customers navigate reporting requirements with confidence. You understand the realities of financial and regulatory reporting, what customers struggle with, and how to guide them toward clear outcomes.
This role blends XBRL and Disclosure Management. You’ll support XBRL during peak reporting periods and work on Disclosure Management and ESG‑related implementations throughout the year. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services and support a wide range of international customers.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on XBRL, including ESEF, KVK or UK reporting requirements.
- Implement Tagger and Auditor and run customer training sessions.
- Support customers during peak XBRL reporting periods.
- Implement our Disclosure Management solution and help customers design efficient reporting processes.
- Build reports and support customers during their reporting cycles.
- Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services to deliver smooth, high‑quality projects.
- Support new colleagues during onboarding as a buddy.
- Use AI tools in your daily work and help customers adopt AI‑powered features in a responsible way.
What you bring to the table
- University degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Practical experience with XBRL (ESEF, KVK or UK reporting).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A structured, customer‑focused way of working.
- Comfort with project‑based work and managing several tasks at once.
- Affinity for software and technology.
- Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
- Relevant experience in finance, reporting or consulting
