To deliver this, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams, translating go‑to‑market priorities and business needs into clear, field‑ready enablement. You will report to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and work as part of a globally distributed enablement team.

Discover more about Lucanet as an employer.In this role, you will help create the processes, systems, insights, and cross-functional coordination that enable our Customer Success Managers to do their best work — and support our customers in achieving value with Lucanet.
You will contribute to Customer Success initiatives from idea to execution, help improve how we engage and retain customers through scalable workflows and automation, and provide the analytics and reporting that keep the team informed and aligned.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the Lucanet Customer Portal, guiding its strategic development and coordinating cross-functional enhancements as an important customer engagement channel.
Further develop and implement our Tech Touch / Digital Customer Success strategy across customer segments, using AI to create more personalized, context-aware experiences at scale.
Review and improve the customer journey across segments by identifying friction points, automating key touchpoints, and supporting adoption through targeted workflows.
Manage and continuously improve the Customer Success technology stack (including Planhat, Salesforce, and Gong), ensuring strong data quality, effective usage, and clear translation of business needs into user stories.
Support Customer Success Managers in using existing tools and workflows effectively, helping to build confidence, consistency, and adoption across the team.
Use AI and customer data to identify meaningful signals across the customer base, such as churn risk, growth opportunities, and customer health trends.
Turn complex data into clear recommendations, practical next steps, and compelling narratives for stakeholder presentations.
Further develop Customer Success KPI reporting, creating scalable reports that are easy to use, easy to interpret, and valuable in day-to-day decision-making.
Contribute to our NPS program by analyzing results, preparing insight-led outputs, and supporting effective Close-the-Loop initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of experience working closely with Customer Success or other customer-facing teams
A strong track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with a high level of ownership and independence
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage timelines proactively, and keep stakeholders aligned
Advanced data and analytical skills, with confidence in turning large or complex datasets into clear, relevant business insights
Hands-on experience with Customer Success platforms, ideally Planhat; experience with Salesforce and Gong is a strong plus
A good understanding of data flows and integrations, and how to work with them in a practical business setting
Practical experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows or processes in a meaningful way
