Position Summary
The Project Cost Coordinator supports the Project Controls and Project Management teams by assisting with cost tracking, reporting, and financial controls on large construction projects. This role works directly under the Project Cost Control Manager / Project Controls Manager and plays a key role in maintaining accurate job cost data, supporting forecasting efforts, and ensuring timely project reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, heavy construction environments across industries such as mission-critical, oil & gas, fabrication, and industrial services.

Position Overview
The Scheduling Manager is a senior member of the Project Controls group responsible for developing, implementing, governing, and improving scheduling standards and practices across Industrial Services. This role will lead the creation and maintenance of project schedules, schedule-related procedures, training, audits, and integration of schedule data into forecasting and project performance reporting. The Scheduling Manager partners closely with Project Management, Regional Operations, Estimating, and Finance to ensure schedules drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Project Scheduler II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling support and schedule management, with proficiency in Primavera P6. This role involves interfacing directly with project management, client management, and site personnel for updating, progressing, and tracking earned value of project schedules. The candidate must have communication and schedule analysis skills to be able to identify and communicate potential risks or opportunities in the project schedule.

Job Summary
Responsible for implementing, training, and auditing all project controls functions on large construction projects. This position works in close partnership with the Project Management and Regional Operations teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. The primary responsibility is to support the Project Manager regarding all client facing and internal reporting. Project Controls activities include project kickoff, project tracking, productivity monitoring, update P6 man loaded, and cost loaded schedule, contract management, change order control, project billing, project forecasting, and project closeout.
